Location is very dirty and crowded. But for a business trip one day or two it will be ok

Had good time spending. The staff over there were like family, they were ready to help at every end, I had lost my watch and they made sure they will find it, from asking all the staff to checking all cameras themselves they made sure to find my watch and When I offered money as blessings they refused it. Mr Vikas is a gem.

The food at the hotel was wonderful. The hospitality was so nice. The receptionist was very kind. The room was very clean and tidy. From beginning to end, the stay was fantastic. We got everything we needed. I enjoyed every moment here with my family members.

Excellent hotel for the price. It’s close to New Delhi station and in a convenient location. There was the noise outside. Great option in the food. The service is good, the staff are very helpful, and the rooms are clean. Great hotel for what we needed.

We had a very bad experience. We had to cancel one day stay but they wouldn't cancel as we had booked it with you. Our one day cash got wasted. The room was near the kitchen which was very bad as we kept getting disturbed by the staff noise. We hardly stayed half a day n left that very same day. We tried contacting you for cancelation but we didn't get any response from the team. We are very disappointed

Comfortable
the location is good, convenient for railway travelers. Good stopover for the passenger traveling for delhi sightseeing

On arrival we were pressured to pay extra money for the request of bed for 12 year daughter + early check in @ 9. 30 am total 800 more charged in cash without giving any receipt for it. Could not fight with them being family accompanied

Room was need and clean and staff was gud. They assisted me in good manner and food was good. Most probably while check out time even they manged a cab for me before i left for my destiny.

The staff ot reception is worst, room is without any facility like hot water, even i was charged for drinking water. I asked for extra bedding and was told to deposit 700 rs which the counter staff deposited in their personal account, when i insisted for gst bill, the turned angry and behaved rudely, even none of the staff brought my baggage out to car. This was a worst experience which i will never forget
