This hotel is definitely not 4 star and, indeed, would be overgraded as a 1 star. We arrived at 11pm on a late flight from Kath***du and, upon looking at the rooms, decided this hotel was operating under false pretences. Wall paper and fixtures hanging off the wall was the least of our problems, The night staff were rude when we complained about the beds that were dirty with previous occupants hair still in them, urine soaked tissues on the bathroom floor and missing beds which they thought could be rectified by putting a urine soaked mattress on the floor. At 2am room issues still hadn’t been resolved and we went to bed and slept in our sleeping bags. We got a partial refund the following day after arguing with the ***agement who told us that the pictures on the website were years old and didn’t reflect that state of the hotel today. This is a filthy hotel - stay clear. The female receptionist the following morning was the only bright part of the whole experience and was clearly embarrassed about the situation and was helpful as she could be.

The condition of the hotel room was appalling, with dirt and grime evident throughout. Additionally, the staff's demeanor was unwelcoming and discourteous. The room itself was in a deplorable state, with both the living quarters and bathrooms presenting significant cleanliness issues. The bathroom facilities were particularly unsanitary, with the toilet jet spray leaking and the shower continuously dripping water, making the experience of showering akin to being subjected to an unpleasant sensation. This overall experience was utterly dreadful, prompting a strong sentiment that the establishment should cease operations entirely to prevent further dissatisfaction among guests.

Decent place near airport. But lousy service. I contacted them Several times about shuttle. Oh yes yes no problem. When I arrive they said “no driver use airport taxi” 4k inr. Next day they wanted to charge me again for taxi which is advertised as free one way. False advertising don’t be fooled.

Horrible! We booked 2 rooms, one called family room. No maintenance at all! Half broken rooms, dirty bathroom, we had to call room service to clean bathroom because of terrible urine smell in it! Staff non motivated to work at all! On second night we had very bad experience, our little child got sick and vomited in sleep, so In emergency we were calling room service to change the bedsheets, one guy came only after 4 phone calls to them! For bottle of water we have to call 3 times to get it! Breakfast included but everything empty when you come to eat, you have to wait for simple bread toast 15 minutes! Don’t go for it!

Terrible place. Filthy mop was sweeping sodden tissues and other detritus from our room as we arrived. Sizeable holes in the sheets. We had to request soap and toilet roll. This is a one star hotel. Don't go - the excellent reviews on here are fake.

Pathetic hotel rooms .. staff don't give a care about their customers.. worst food quality.. I'll never ever suggest you to stay at this hotel .. and never gonna stay here .. very terrible experience..

All.switch boards broken Called for extra towels 3 times but no answer. Rude staff. Kind of running a con with owner of hotel elevate mahipalpur. Don't ever book this hotel. Mosquitoes in room and nothing being done by staff

Disciplined and soft-spoken staff, prompt room service, fresh meal inclusive in rental and nice bedding. Of course spacious parking. Rooms provided were fully hygienic. Refreshment like tea making accessories provided on the house.

DO NOT book this hotel. Be aware that most of the reviews on tripadvisor / google and booking seem fake. The pictures used in advertising are nowhere close to the reality. Rooms are filthy and run down, furniture is broken and the bathromm best not to be mentioned. Not safe deposit box / lock box in rooms. Doors is flimsy at best. You will hear every little noise through the thin walls, even if 2-3 stories above / below you. Staff is unfriendly and seems annoyed all the time. Even tried to charge me double for breakfast. Breakfast was awful on top of that. DO NOT book this hotel.
