The Saga Hotel

This hotel does not worth the money i spent for booking. The bed sheets looked like unchanged since last guest. It was noisy all night. I could hear the noise of washing plates until 2 at night. My experience was terrible for two days at night.

The rooms are very clean and hygiene,I had a good time in Saga, I recommend staying here😁👍 service is good staff friendly and polite good management instant service ☺️

There are no windows in the rooms and it feels very claustrophobic. Service is fine but the property is a bit overpriced maybe because of the location.

Room was very dirty, unhygienic, the manager has no clue of the booking when we arrived, unclean bathroom, chipped bathroom window, the bathroom window had a small gap from outside which looked spooky and suspicious, when we asked for a room change they said they dint have a availability.

The hotel reception was not helpful at all. The room floor was wet and sticky. The bedsheets were unclean, and the furniture and bed smelled bad. The washroom was also smelly and unclean. The cupboard was filled with dust and smelled horrible. It was not worth the stay. We were two people who couldn’t even sleep. We had to ask for an extra blanket to cover the bed so we could sleep, but even that was smelly and unclean. Overall, i'll never recommend this hotel. The service and room were below a two-star standard.

The room was clean, spacious and upto the standard. Cafe was beautiful and food was good. All over the experience was good
