The welcoming sign says newly built so maybe a few kinks to work out. The seal at the bottom of the shower leaked so there was water pooled outside the shower. We were on the 4th floor and it could be the HVAC unit was above us so there was a loud continual motor noise and the return vent in the bathroom whistled and was quite loud. We closed the bathroom door to hold down some of the noise. We usually use a white noise maker which we did not need. Upon entering the room and attempting to use the room temperature control device it did not function nor did the heating/cooling unit function. Staff had to come and repair unit, kept us from moving room. The halls in the hotel were about the largest we have seen, I estimate 15 feet wide from door to door. The rooms were smaller because of the large halls. Overall though the place was nice, just small things.

The staff is amazing. Have stayed here on several occasions. Beds are very comfortable. The rooms have always been clean and you can actually take a HOT shower. The hotel is close is convenient to restaurants and shopping. Will stay here again.

Great employees. Very friendly & welcoming. Lobby & breakfast area are very clean. Room is pretty clean however corners of shower & corners of bathroom are a bit dirty looking.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Easy check in. Lovely place amid lots restaurants and close to downtown which is beautifully decorated for the holidays

Nice, clean room. Comfortable bed awesome shower! My only complaint is the floors in the lobby area where sticky. We will absolutely be back.

Clean, comfortable, and good location. The staff was particularly helpful when I encountered a wardrobe malfunction on Thanksgiving Day morning! Will definitely stay there again - not sure I’d even search for any other place.

The Comfort Inn was a great choice for a two-night stay in Jonesboro. The staff was friendly, breakfast exceeded my expectations, and the rooms were clean and cozy. All in all, I would stay here again!

The room and the hotel were beautiful. A very pleasant place to stay. The only problems I had were the tub was very slippery on the bottom. No grab bars to get in or out.
