We looked forward to spending time at the beach close to the flats and cooking dinner with family and friends. Unfortunately for us, we were given flat 303, which had the poorest kitchen facilities, utensils, and a back-breaking double bed. The coffee maker didn't work, there was no TV or microwave. What a disaster. We left having had no sleep and felt incredibly frustrated at the whole experience. We wanted to leave our review on departure but there was no personnel around to hear it.
