Overall, a reasonably priced and clean place to stay. The front desk staff were very professional and friendly.

Lovely clean hotel with helpful staff. A little noisy due to lots of workmen staying there - reverse parking their trucks (beeping) and standing around outside rooms talking.

I booked this hotel to have a jacuzzi with granddaughter and enjoy some quiet time. I called and the front desk person told me the jacuzzi was working. When we got there, there was a sign on the door informing us that the jacuzzi was out of order. It was very, very disappointing. Not sure why the front desk person felt the need to give misinformation.

Good place to stay for a stop over in Needles. Staff were excellent. Room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again if in Needles.

Not recommended for Boat parking. They favor and/or accommodate RailRoad vehicles. That purposefully park so no one can park in between. You pay to stay there and you are expected to park across the street away from the hotel. We Didn’t even stay here. Ended up going to another hotel where they accommodated our boat parking.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable, convenient, and felt safe (... and I would not say the same of a few others I've stayed in in Needles).
