We booked one night in the Gallatin on our way through Nashville recently, and had a great experience. It was different from any hotel experience I have had in the past with no front desk. All communication was through email and text, but they were more friendly than most hotel front desk help and very prompt in responding even before we arrived. We stayed in a cozy king room, and it was perfect for my husband and I. There was a cute basket of local snacks and goodies, a book with all the local attractions/restaurants, and an espresso machine in the lounge. We had a booking issue with a third party site(probably my own misstep) on the scheduled date of arrival, but the Gallatin staff were amazing and reached out to the third party directly to help us. There was an event happening in the adjoined building, but there was parking blocked off specifically for hotel guests and we couldn't hear anything once we were in our room. Very quiet, very peaceful. And the aesthetic was perfect!
