No refrigerator no microwave like damn man it’s 2023 smelled terrible bathroom was either from a 90’s horror film sick day nightmare at grandmas or just hadn’t been used since February 2020 who the hell knows

Motel that is dated. Really not a terrible property but the tub in our room was broken. The actual tub itself was broken. It held water but was really sketchy sounding. I weigh about 140lbs and i stepped into the tub and it started popping. Husband who is about 250lbs didn't want to shower in it for good reason. Staff was freindly and lobby was clean.

The property was not very clean and didnt feel like the safest part of town. Also wasnt aware that this is more of a motel than a hotel. Continental breakfast was nothing to be excited about. even my kids were disappointed.

Room smells so bad, my clothes absorbed the stink. Terrible breakfast, no milk??? Vomit outside, construction materials laying around the property.

Scared for my life staying in the ground floor. It did not manage my expectations that this wasn’t what I would call a “hotel” - its like an inn or something, very old, dirty, unfriendly staff, no water in the building for sale (glad there was a pancake place nearby) and overall, was scared all night sleeping in that place. Feels dodgy, and unsafe. I would highly NOT recommend.

It was clean and I felt safe. When I arrived staff was out front smoking. I had requested a bottom floor but was put on the third floor. It was after midnight and I could hear people being loud in the next room over, so it took a longer for me to relax and to go to sleep. I requested a bottom floor because I have mobility issues. One of the elevators was broken so I had to go around the building in which I had to lug my luggage up some stairs.

Manager/Owner was curt in every single conversation we had and didn’t have time to get off of his personal call on his cell phone to check us in. Got aggravated when I couldn’t tell if he was talking to me or his phone call. Property was old and not in good shape except for the breakfast area. It was NOTHING even close to the pictures. It did not feel safe and night. Our keys wouldn’t work when we’d get back from the day and one night we had to go twice because even the fix wouldn’t work. I walked in to an altercation between irate customers and the owner/manager. Went to breakfast one morning at 7 a.m. and the food was mostly gone and no one was around to ask when it would be refilled. I’m pretty easy to please, if it’s decently clean and average I’m fine, I don’t need fancy. This was a horrible hotel and makes me not want to trust another LaQuinta for sure. It’s disappointing that ******* has them on with their false front to deceive customers into coming but I know they can’t check everywhere.

We picked this chain due to other locations in other states where we have had no problems. We have been using this hotel for over 5 months and have had different problems with the hotel. We travel with trailer for certain jobsites. And was told that we could not park our trailer near hotel area due to blocking parking spots.we understood and moved it and placed it where we could try to keep an eye on it. Many times the room keys never worked and had to go back to get them recoded. There were times someone was not at the front desk and we understand there may have been a shortage of staff so we were patient. There were times our room was cleaned and others when it was not. We always tried to give credit to this place and be patient however. This past week we checked in as normal and this week our work equipment was stolen directly from our work truck. We Do not recommend to stay due to unsafe surroundings. We will never come back and don’t recommend to stay here. We will just have to deal with our loss.

The room was dirty, dusty, moldy, and in overall poor condition. Walls were dirty, carpets were stained, ceilings were crumbling, areas behind and around furniture were dusty. Heard train cars slamming around all night. Waffle House shares a parking lot and that was the highlight of our stay. Checked out 2 nights early and the front desk staff didnt give ******* a hard time about refunding those days, so that was appreciated.
