Positives: Good location and decent enough room; friendly staff; Negatives: the TV remote didn’t work and the Wi-Fi was super s-l-o-w.

It was expensive for the facilities given. No swimming pool as mentioned in the add. Very less breakfast items.

The staff was so nice and helpful. Very clean. Breakfast was very good. Showers have a great pressure massage shower head.

Every member of the hotel staff we interacted with was overly friendly and accommodating. The property was slightly dating but very clean. Nice experience overall!

I arrived later in the evening & the neighborhood looked older. Once in the building felt safe but would not be walking around by myself

This is one of the cleanest hotels I've every stayed. The woman in the breakfast area was constantly cleaning and was so sweet. The other hotel staff were also very nice. An example of the lengths they go to for a clean hotel is when we were leaving a young lady was actually MOPPING the concrete walkway into the hotel. Nothing had happened such as a spill for her to do that. It's just part of their routine. The hotel is conveniently located by the I40. My room was on the opposite side from the Interstate and was quiet. I do not know if Interstate side rooms can hear the traffic. While the hotel isn't brand new it was nice and has everything you need. My only negative was my mattress did have a slant on the edge where you would sit on the edge of the mattress that made me feel as if I might roll right out of the bed. I would most definitely stay here again. Also, the parking was free.
