Excellent hotel. Excellent location. Helpful and smiling staff.
The only problem we had was that we asked to extend our stay by one more night, the price jumped to double then what we paid for one night.
(We had to look for another hotel and in the end we found an excellent hotel at a better price and in a better location....so everything worked out for the best for us...)

Lovely hotel, very up-to-date decor. Excellent location. Comfortable bed. Room was quiet and sizable. Helpful staff. I ate breakfast in the hotel, and highly recommend the yogurt with fruit and meusli. Included a dollop of lemon curd(?) that made it amazing. My only complaint was the cost of parking — $58, which is outrageous

Holston House is a beautiful hotel! Rooms are really nicely appointed, the bar area is gorgeous, and the restaurant has incredible food! On top of all that, the staff was unbelievably kind and helpful! Great location as well- just a short walk to all things Nashville!

The Holston House is a lovely place. The beds were so comfortable, the room was spacious and inviting, and the bathroom was beautiful. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants, bars, attractions and the Bridgestone Arena. I will definitely stay again on my next trip to Nashville!

The Holston is in a superb location, walkable distance to all the climbs on Broadway, The Ryman, CMA Museum, etc. The staff & services are fantastic & I will definitely stay there on my next trip.

The hotel was beautiful and had a really nice vibe to the place. A few things that were just ok were the pillows on the bed were way to soft - typically when we have stayed at other hotels they have one soft and one firm pillow that way you can use your preference. One other small detail was in the shower the hot was cold and the cold was hot- not a big deal just took a few seconds to figure out why the shower wouldn’t turn hot ( had to turn the knob to cold )- easy fix. The credit card machine wasn’t working when we arrived so we had to give out our numbers which I don’t like to do but what other choice did we have right? To end on a good note it was super conveniently located from the ***** and we were able to walk everywhere!

The sheets were dirty and had to be changed, there was NO hand soap in the restroom and when i asked for some they were confused on what i was asking for. The hand soap they finally got for our room was a bottle that was meant to slide into a container mounted to the wall which our room didnt have... so did no one else want hand soap in the restroom??
Our luggage was delivered by Delta and the front desk didnt bother to let us know or offer to bring it up to our room, we ordered room service which was brought up in to-go containers, cold food and of course no microwave in the room to heat up food. The only thing good was the Vallet parking attendants, BUT, at $63 a day it is WAY over priced. Very disappointed by this hotel
