完全沒有想到一直以服務著稱的日本，居然會有這種酒店，差到不行，不管是從大堂服務人員（有一個會説中文的男的）還是入住後酒店的環境都讓我大吃一驚！我們最後一晚趕早班機所以怕來不及就定了這個酒店，看着評價還好就定了。
酒店在一個山坡上，必須酒店班車才可以接送出入，靠走的，根本走不出去！班車每一個小時一輛！一天也沒有幾輛！
到了酒店之後一個掛着“進修中”胸牌的女生給我們辦理入住的，因為速度太慢，比我們後來的人都辦理完拿到鑰匙上樓了，她還在給我們辦理check in，於是我老媽就急了，看到有一箇中國男人服務人員就上去問他為什麼那麼慢，他們需要快一些，因為我們要出去，得趕下一趟班車，然後那個男的居然白了我媽一眼態度傲慢的回覆説：“那是我們的問題嗎？！”我當時真的驚呆了😱這難道不是你們服務人員業務不精才導致我們辦理入住緩慢嗎？！這難道是我們的問題嘛？？？我真的無語，而且這酒店客房層一股味道，超級難聞，真的想吐啊，酒店設施老舊也算了，為什麼空氣中瀰漫著一股油煙味及不知明的味道……我是個很懶的人，基本不寫評價，但這個真的無語死了，必須提醒下一個來入住的人，不能讓大家再上當了！

翌日の搭乗便が朝早めだったため、初めて宿泊しました。
ホテルの場所は分かりやすく、また成田空港まで車で約10分ほどの立地でとても便利です。シャトルバスも定期的に運行されているようでした。
夜遅くの到着でしたが、チェックインの手続きはスムーズでテキパキと対応くださりとても良かったです。
お部屋は清潔、バスルームにも汚れがひとつもなくピカピカでした。ベッドサイドには両側ともに電源タップが設置してあり、気配りを感じました。
翌朝の朝食は選択肢が多く、大満足でした。

素敵な庭園を眺めながら朝食をとれるのは、気持ち良かった。食事も大変美味でした。
野菜も新鮮。
部屋からの眺めも素晴らしかった。

酒店本身很舊，不過有感覺到認真清潔。酒店服務態度很好。床墊比較硬。樓下便利店22:30關門，晚到的住客只能在自動販售機買簡單的東西。如果能延長一點便利店營業時間就好了。便利店附近的吸煙區有很重的煙味。
早上起來窗外一片青蔥，樓下可望見的建築很漂亮，不知是什麼地方。

這個價格在東京（雖然是機場這邊），房間的面積真的讓人震撼，而且很乾凈，交通又便利，有免費穿梭巴士到機場和周邊jr站

有中文服務，前台非常專業，熱情耐心指引大巴車路徑，特別提出感謝，機場來回大巴上酒店的亮點，而且早班車可以送到成田車站，非常貼心，太棒了！！
