It’s an older hotel, needs renovation. My kids A/c didn’t work, our tv had no signal. They tried to overcharge me at checkout. It’s in a nice area with a good place to swim and relax by the water.

Nice hotel with elevator access to a private beach. They have a restaurant at the beach for lunch. Food in the dining room and beach was excellent. The beds and pillows are the hardest, most uncomfortable that I have ever had in a hotel.

Imbarazzante!!!!Siamo stati in questo hotel per il ponte del 25 aprile. Abbiam scelto questo hotel convinti della qualità di un quattro stelle e selezionando appositamente per la presenza della palestra e della qualità proclamata dei servizi. La struttura invece si è presentata vecchia e malfunzionante. Il riscaldamento rotto, la palestra non utilizzabile per mancanza di corrente, l'acqua del bagno scarsa ( impossibile farsi la doccia ). Per resistere al freddo, visto che la soluzione proposta è stata quella di fornirci ulteriori coperte, abbiam dovuto comprarci una stufetta elettrica. Fortunatamente non abbiam optato per la mezza pensione in quanto la colazione ( peraltro scarsa) al freddo del mattino era già più che sufficiente. Nessun rimborso ci è stato proposto nonostante ci siano gli estremi per una contestazione formale. davvero una vergogna

Siamo appena stati per il ponte del 25 aprile. L'albergo ha riaperto il 24 aprile. Praticamente non funzionava niente: 1) il riscaldamento era spento, le camere ma soprattutto i bagni erano molto freddi. 2) abbiamo chiesto delle coperte aggiuntive al rientro dalla cena ma chi era al turno di notte non sapeva dove fossero. 3) dalla doccia non usciva acqua, per fortuna avevamo 2 bagni. 4) il primo giorno abbiamo cenato per comodità in hotel, non c'erano 2 bottiglie dello stesso vino, abbiamo dovuto prendere 2 mezze bottiglie di un altro vino (la carta dei vini non c'è e abbiamo scoperto solo al chekout il prezzo molto salato del vino; la sala in cui abbiamo cenato era al freddo. 5) il bar in piscina era chiuso e abbiamo fatto noi il servizio dal bar interno (i camerieri non si sono offerti di portarci le bevande fuori. 6) al rientro dalla colazione abbiamo trovato gli inservienti delle pulizie in camere col pavimento tutto bagnato, abbiamo dovuto aspettare fuori dalla camera circa 15' che si asciugasse. 7) il personale non sapeva neanche se c'era o meno la spa. 8) al chekout neanche un cenno di scuse. Pessima esperienza, ci ricorderemo degli Hotel TH per un po' (ne staremo alla larga); in pratica hanno aperto l'hotel usando i clienti come cavie.

Assolutamente sconsigliato. Siamo arrivati giovedì sera con una temperatura di 7 gradi. L’hotel ci comunica che il riscaldamento non funziona e l’unica soluzione è darci due coperte in più. In stanza non funziona la tv, la mattina chiediamo di sistemarla, ci dicono che sarà fatto ma la sera di nuovo non funziona. In bagno l’asciugacapelli è rotto, non ci sono kit, neanche un portaspazzolino. C’è solo un set di asciugamani nonostante la stanza sia prenotata per 2. Chiamo per farli portare ma non arrivano, scendo in reception a chiederli. In tutto ciò ci comunicano che non c’è modo di far partire il riscaldamento e neanche di avere una stufetta o qualche soluzione alternativa. A colazione tutti gli ospiti erano con il piumino per il freddo. Di certo la struttura non è come si presenta dal sito. Ce ne andiamo prima del previsto. Pare evidente non sia certo un trattamento da hotel a 4 stelle.

Bello, grande con tutte le comodità, piscina, ristorante, spiaggia e ascensore,pulito , persone gentilissimo , panorama mozzafiato soprattutto la colazione servito sul terrazzo bellissimo, torneremo di sicuro

Ottima struttura completa di ogni servizio. Per gli amanti della MTB, la struttura si trova in ottima posizione per i percorsi più belli sul monte Calamita. La struttura offre anche un comodo deposito bici e lavaggio bici. Spiaggia privata e due belle piscine. Colazione abbondante dolce e salato. Staff gentile e disponibile. Adatto a tutti

Posizione ottima per gironzolare in tutta l’Elba. Parcheggio privato molto grande (per le moto un po’ scomodo vista la pendenza). Camere molto grandi, vista bellissima sul porto azzurro. Colazione in terrazza panoramica super fornita e molto buona. Personale molto cordiale. Fuori stagione abbiamo trovato anche un ottimo prezzo.
