萬豪不愧是品牌大店，服務絕對一流。到達奈良新宮站時天色已晚，在打不上車的情況下，衹好拖着行李箱在粗砂粒的道路上行走了700米左右，當時心情有些急躁，但酒店特意安排了來自天津的小彭接待了我們，在她熱情細緻且周到的解説和安排下，很快平復了因旅途勞累過度焦躁的心情。在接下來的日子裏，我們按照她給的中、英文遊覽圖和奈良站與酒店之間shuttle bus擺渡時刻，輕鬆愉快地度過3天的遊覽時光。
設施：一應俱全
衞生：乾淨整潔，客服隨叫隨到，暖房服務讓人賓至如歸。
環境：優雅舒適
服務：一流，不負所望。
班車服務: 除中午12-13時休息1小時外，每半小時有一趟來回近鐵奈良站的服務，為交通出行提供了便利。

此行是慶祝結婚三十週年，酒店的服務質素及衛生非常有水準，感謝管家Faye的安排，由入住開始非常貼心我們這對加埋一百二十多歲的老人家，她好有禮貌又專業,又非常有耐性和貼心。也感謝第一晚為我們夫婦晚上開床的小女孩，好有禮貌及好整溸，雖然與她語言不通，但透過翻譯機也感謝她，感謝JW的所有曾經服務過我們夫婦的所有員工，充心感謝Faye!

J W萬豪在奈良的選址極其失敗讓我大跌眼鏡 遠離奈良的所有景點和車站 房間均沒有景觀連綠植景都沒有 就是城郊一幢路邊的商務酒店 沒有任何奈良特色 三分之二的房間在公路邊 非常吵 我換到內側的才安靜些 到奈良近鐵站車程十分鐘 交通車三十分鐘一趟 不方便 出行靠出租 酒店門口沒有要等呼叫十多分鐘才能來 服務熱情但會出錯 早餐領位拿東西又安排人了 禮賓訂餐廳也是業務不熟的樣子 説佔線打通告之也沒下文了 房間是五星的水平 早餐還行 沒有温泉 除餐吧外衹有一個西餐廳 門口也不放套餐價格 不太行的樣子 外國員工挺多 總體不推薦入住 fufu就直接在公園裡 三千多一個人含早晚餐 還有温泉可以泡 萬豪二千多沒意思 位置唯一亮點是旁邊有個蔦屋商店

交通不是很便利，出地鐵後推着行李箱走了八百多米，大半夜真沒想到還有這麼高大上的酒店。房間特別好，前台辦理入住手續的時候，工作人員服務很有禮貌，很貼心，該提醒第二天出行的交通情況與時間表，該注意的末班車時間，都説的很清楚。

環境：沒想到出現一家這麼好的酒店

房間很新，標間的床有一米35的樣子算挺大了，就是地理位置一般，離奈良公園有點路，酒店有班車，前台有會中文的工作人員很nice，其他工作人員英文也在線，早飯挺難吃的，選擇很少，咖啡也一般，麪包不好吃。週末入住率挺高的，想約spa也滿了

奈良新開的酒店，環境優美，硬件設施比較新，地理位置稍偏，好在酒店有班車服務，出行還是比較方便的，有中文服務人員，服務態度真誠友善。

服務還是非常棒的，早餐也很不錯。唯一有點遺憾的是剛進房間不知道是不是地毯消毒水還是清潔劑的味道，有點怪怪的説不上來。如果打掃後能夠噴點空氣清洗劑就更好了。附近有便利店和咖啡店，還比較方便

軟硬件都沒啥可挑剔的，衹是這個三人入住價格真貴，衹是將原來豪華特大床房
的沙發變成的沙發床 ，但增加了一千元，相比兩人入住，性價比就很低了。
如果在房間呆的時間多連坐的地方都不夠。
