Hotel Clarean

We booked this hotel when we realized our existing accomodation was too far from the main station. The receptionist we booked with was pleasant, unlike the pompous, arrogant ony tailed one we encountered when we actually checked in on the morning of Sunday 15th September. He shouted at us in front of other guests when we used a table to rearrange our belongings, then proceeded to ignore us thereafter. He did not give us a wifi code and we were too fed up by then to ask. The bed was hard, the aircon was ancient and started spitting out ice randomly. We were also treated like children and told to leave our key every time we left the room. Apart from its location near the central station, this hotel has nothing else going for it, and the arrogant receptionist has ensured that I will never stay there ever again. Stay away from this place, there are other decent hotels close by, which i wish I had taken the trouble to check out.

Scary location full of scary looking migrants hanging about right outside. Room Full of mosquitoes and bed bugs,they won’t let you take key with you in when you go out then bearded guy at reception always on phone to his mates when you want key. Shower screen doesn’t work so bathroom floods with every shower. Tv remote doesn’t work and room had the worlds smallest tv must be maximum 17 inches Would hate to think what would happen in a fire with all corridors and crazy big steps to reception . Front door always locked so you have to wait to enter hotel Laid on bed now hoping the spiders I can see on ceiling will eat all the bugs that keep. It if me in the night Very noisy too

Petite structure idéalement située sul la place de la Gare centrale de Naples, où se trouve aussi la navette pour l'aéroport, et d'où on peut rejoindre à pieds les principaux monuments de la ville. Hôtel propre, très bien insonorisé, bien équipé même di un peu désuet, ce qui fait aussi son charme, mais malheureusement plutôt mal entretenu.... clim qui fuit, robinetterie abîmée par le calcaire.... ça convient pour un petit séjour vu aussi les prix très attractifs. Pas de service de petit déjeuner, mais in y a l'embarras du choix avec les bars juste en sortant
