Good staff person. Very loud ac/heating system, hard to sleep. Unpleasant smell. Towel bar fell off while taking towel. No bath mat.

No body fixed the bed, we required to fix the bed, because when we returned at evening the bed was mess. I required the service to fix the bed, and clerk took the note but no body took care about this

Location & cost effectiveness of this hotel are good. That's why we give it 3 stars. Our room, however, was an odd mix of old & new. The art, bed, & paint were contemporary. The furniture was old & well worn. The room had a bad odor, sort of musty & stale. The housekeepers did an excellent job changing sheets & cleaning the room, so the issue might be the carpet, or old furniture, or moldy window frames. We will not stay there again, and we do not recommend this hotel for others.

All around nice and reasonably priced.
Pet friendly and area out front for dogs. Easy access and plenty of parking.
Breakfast looked good.
Definitely will return on my next trip to the area

The girl who checked me in was rude to start with. I couldnt change because i was meeting people there. The best part of the hotel was the breakfast. Bathroom could of used better cleaning. We had to ask for clean towels everyday, and there was roaches in the bathroom every morning.

we had a room that should get credited back. the room had bed bugs, when we woke up one of the guys had one on his leg and when he killed it, It smeared blood informed the manager and waited to see if I would have received a call! but no one contacted me or anything.

I stayed for one night- ended up with dozens of bed bug bites. I contacted both ******* and the hotel- no return phone call to offer any solution or apology.
Room was musty, air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was terrible. Staff needs training on how to greet guests.
