Toilet wasn’t working. I called front desk. They sent someone within a few minutes. She took the top off and did whatever and it flushed. It worked through the evening. Morning it wasn’t working again. They need to repair it - not a temporary fix. I feel I should get some sort of discount for this room.

Property was great. But ******* did not provide the address in its app or on the confirmation. I googled La Quinta in Ft Myers and only one showed up. Idroved to it but it was the wrong one. It wasted 50 minutes of our time in traffic.

What we didn’t like is when we checked in the card reader on our room door was not working. After 3 trips to the front desk the very nice staff came and got us in
The next day while we were leaving for the day to see family we forgot something on the room and again keys did not work. 45 mins later housekeeping got the door open and said battery was dead. Well why didn’t they replace them when we first knew about it.
We only had one day and it was a lot of wasted time. And no one apologized

This needs updating. There was rust on the shower curtain rod and the ceiling vent. Everything was tired looking

This place was horrible! I didnt even stay! I walked out after my door would not lock . I called down multiple times, walked down with my bags thinking they would change me to another. Nope, the lady at the front counter could barely function. The place smelled, super bad. Elevator buttons were broken. Im going to get my money back. I took a video the door not locking.

Our stay did not go well. The hotel was supposedly renovating but the sink faucet was broken. The new coffee setup wasn't working. Also, the hairdryer did not work in the plug even after I reset it but it worked in another plug. There wasn't any bar soap and the girl said she would give me a credit for our stay and that never happened. I wasn't happy with the hotel choice at all.

My main complaint was the bedding. The bed was comfortable, however the sheets seemed old and “pilled” which was not pleasant to sleep on. A less important item was the cucumber scented bath products which my roommate objected to (I thought they were fine!)

Liked ; size of room , location and amenities room had. Breakfast wasnt too bad and better than expected from reviews
Didnt like; pool and gym room were not great. Room decor was fine but could be brightened and update. Price was towards the high size for what we got in other parts of Florida but not bad relative to other Naples prices
