Prior to arriving at the hotel we called to verify check in time. The lady who answered the phone sounded very frazzled and promptly placed us on hold. After being on hold for approximately 5 mins we hung up and called again. Again she answered the phone very frazzled and sounded slightly confused we asked what time check in was. Again she placed us on hold for over 5 minutes. She never returned to the phone. We arrived at our room and found a have full beer glass and wine glass outside our door. The used glasses remained outside our room for the duration of our stay. Upon entering our room it was hot and smelled very musty. The AC did not blow cold air and was very loud. There were large stains and crumbs on the carpet. It did not appear the room had been vacuumed in some time. The bed did not have a fitted sheet and the bare mattress was showing. We called the front desk to see if we could get a sheet and they told us they did not have any fitted sheets to provide us. We went out and purchased sheets so we did not have to sleep on a bare mattress. The bathroom sink had live bugs crawling around. The toilet in the restroom did not flush. We contacted the front desk again to notify them of the toilet. They sent a maintenance worker up to fix the toilet, he told us it was fixed and left. After he left the toilet flushed one time then went back to not flushing. The elevator displayed a permit which was expired. Needless to say went cut our stay short. 10/10 would not recommend.
