Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Room was spotless and to a very high standard. Pool area was well maintained and lifeguards were friendly and attentive. Food for breakfast was excellent with great variety and quantity! Lots of dining options on-site also. Had a relaxing few days here and felt very well rested and cared for on departure. Would highly recommend.

I spent 2 nights and enjoyed my time with my wife and kid to the fullest. Some stuff can speak English which does feel more comfortable. The bath was great and so was the pool facilities. I’ll be back for a third time

I chose this hotel because I wanted a staycation with an open air swimming pool. The room was big and spacious, with a beautiful balcony (but not on the swimming pool). The bathroom had both a bathtub and a shower and all around the room there were little surprises such as fish food to use for the pond fish, little mottos in both chinese and english, bathgel and other toiletries. What was not evident, though, is that some of this things were not for free! The big bottle of water that we expected to be free (5star hotel, 500 yuan per room!!) was indeed not, and it was written in extremely fine prints on the bottle. Same for the tea leaves in the teaset!
Another disappoin**ent was the breakfast. The choice and quality were ok, but definitely not at a 5-star hotel level. No choice in sweet bread, no coffee and very little variety of fruits.

五一期間，價格還算合理，來住了一晚。當然訂文峯就是看中老牌星際賓館，佔地面積大，園林綠化比較好，感覺像住在公園裡。其實相對於一些市中心大牌酒店，我更喜歡當地這種有點年頭園林式酒店，當然設施不能太老舊。
到房間時服務員還在打掃，打掃得算比較細緻了。家庭房很方便，露台也大，就是沒給朝泳池的房間，稍稍可惜。

5A景區裏的崇文閣酒店位置優越，門口就是地鐵口，綠樹成蔭，度假感很濃厚，設施周全温馨，員工服務用心，早餐豐富，泳池和魚池很有趣味，值得多住幾天

規劃好旅遊之後就開始選酒店了，因為要去南通野生動物園，就比對了南通站到動物園的換成便捷度，又看到攜程有優惠2晚的套餐，又有個大露台，就果斷下單了。地鐵2號線到易家橋2號口出來走邊邊的小路也蠻快的。就是太晚進來的話有點黑。因為高鐵晚點接近23:30入住，工作人員態度也蠻好的，沒有不耐煩。辦理速度很快。房間也佈置得很貼心，工作人員又附贈小甜品（銀耳羹），貼心留言，很暖心。期間有什麼小問題聯繫客房部也處理得很迅速。蠻滿意的，服務態度好才是最好的。

老牌花園酒店，環境真心不錯，是我喜歡的款，帶了父母去，父母也滿意，長者身體不好，不出去的時候，坐在泳池邊曬太陽聊天，也十分愜意，在酒店用了幾餐，總體也滿意。
