入住第一晚凌晨兩點 外賣員瘋狂來敲我們門 説有外賣 我們兩個女生凌晨兩點被嚇醒 也不按門鈴直接敲門 我們根本沒點外賣 起來我們就和前台反饋了 但是沒有任何結果 然後第二天下午四五點我們又被敲門了 説又是我們的外賣 我們逛街完很疲憊在酒店休息又被吵醒 然後晚上我們下樓給酒店反饋 説晚點核實完會給我們答覆 結果還是沒有 今天最後一天了 又被敲門説有外賣 ***無語了 一次點錯還不夠 點錯三次 這不是故意的是什麼 ****************？**

衞生還行，不過發現了幾根長頭髮，
房間挺寬的，地毯也很軟，設施方面挺好，環境也不錯，附近吃的不多，商業區，下班後人很少。
需要吐槽的是平台顯示有延遲到三點退房的，結果問了前台説是平台給的，不是酒店給的，需要問平台，這我就有點不理解了，平台不是跟酒店合作嘛，需要顧客去問平台？不應該是酒店跟平台説嘛？既然沒有，那就反饋給平台下架該項目，這個答覆讓我不能理解。

環境：房間空間挺大的，窗外風景不錯，裝修不錯
衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，沒發現什麼衞生死角
服務：服務熱情耐心
設施：水龍頭和淋浴不好用

房間寬大，床品乾淨衞生，衞生間乾濕分離，周圍吃飯方便，停車方便，有地下停車場，推薦的入住。以後來南寧會再次入住。

這個酒店不值這個價，四五百的價格住出了二三百的體驗，
1.辦理完入住直接進房間，裏面一股濃烈的味道，不知道是煙味還是黴味，開了一會空調沒散我就要求換房了，當時給我開的是1013前台讓我直接去看1017，保潔還在，門開着，看了1017也有味道，沒有那麼濃就湊合；保潔表示前台會上來給我換房卡，讓我先搬行李過來；
2.前台一直沒有上來換房卡，正在房間吃東西的時候突然聽到有人刷開了我的房間門，本以為是隔音不好刷開的是隔壁房間，沒想到真有人進來了，我趕緊伸出腦袋去説這裡有人住了，一房兩開，做酒店的最低級的錯誤應該就是這個吧，有什麼安全可言；
3.窗外就是樓下商業體樓頂的空調外機，如圖一所示，嗡嗡嗡嗡吵了一晚上沒法睡；
4.衞生狀況真的不知道怎麼説，説實話衞生間洗手枱都挺乾淨的，雖然馬桶看着有點low倒也無所謂了，但是這個窗户和地毯真的一言難盡，窗户拋開不説，地毯全部都是大片大片的污漬，是捨不得清理還是怎麼回事
説完缺點説説優點吧，裝修乍一看勉強還是值這個價的

套房感覺還挺舒服的，也比較乾淨，衹是有點接受不了廁所玻璃居然不貼膜，就，怪尷尬的，希望能改進一下~

定了酒店作為接親酒店，套房很寬敞，玻璃落地窗非常出片，酒店聽説接親貼心的幫安排好了更換了紅色床單被套，並且安排了好了停車位給我們，酒店的各項設施都比較新，空調很給力，下次還會入住的。
