公寓位於青秀萬達區，周邊吃喝配套設施齊全，上海天地289裏面還有小童遊樂場，帶孩子來玩很方便。特別喜歡他們家的枕頭，太舒服了。停車也方便，地面和地下都可以，一小時2元，可以接受。

出差南寧綠地，每次首選的公寓。在綠地中央城最繁華的地方，安全性非常高，必須要刷業主卡才能進，私隱性特別強。床很柔軟和舒服，房間的衞生也很乾凈。入住便捷，掃碼公安系統二維碼人臉識別，不需要刷身份證。小管家回覆也及時，下次來南寧我還會繼續預訂入住。房價划算，性價比非常高。樓下就是綠地廣場，生活方便，不僅有眾多餐廳可供選擇，還有超市、酒吧。

之前住過幾次，這次太差了！洗髮水不能用，太淡，一看就是質量很差。外面辦完事回來，一身汗，想洗澡沒拖鞋，打電話後，近30分鐘後才送到。

衞生:整體效果，乾淨衞生，入住愉快。
設施:設備齊全，最舒服的就是有一個大陽台，空氣流通，對於我們這種出差人士來説，晾衣服很方便，不錯。
環境:一樓商業街，旅遊點，購物方便，值得推薦。
