Good location, friendly & helpful staff. Good size room. Walking distance to a metro station. A pretty receptionist helped us to book taxi to China Mobile (to buy simcard) and to a train station using her HP app. Overall very happy with the stay.

We booked the triple room, which was supposed to have a city view. However, there was only a fake window that faces into their office! The window faces a corridor and the toilet bowl wasn’t working. There was a musky smell in the room. We had to put up a fight to have our room changed to a double room for the 3 of us and another fight to get a refund from the differences in prices before they agreed to give us 2 rooms.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. It says “international” but they only seem to speak Chinese here. Clean rooms but no fridge. All other things, free wi-fi, slippers, toiletries, tea and bottled water included. Breakfast included in our price gave a large selection of Chinese food.

This hotel is ideal for getting about nanning. Very close to Line 1 metro is great . The room, services and staff were great. Would stay there again

設施：整體齊全，不過我訂的雙人間，像是梳子、電吹風等小細節沒有雙人份。以及，窗户關不緊。（PS，如果礦泉水不收費就好了，燒的開水喝起來真的有一股味道。）
衞生：我在房間床頭下方角落發現了未清理的紅牛罐子，不是我們帶來的，清掃不到位。
環境：就在地鐵站附近，交通便利。酒店整體環境還不錯，乾淨整潔。
服務：前台服務周到，有打印文件、寄存行李的需要也盡心服務，有求必應。
沒拍照片，要是有需要的話在入住之前是可以去看房間的，覺得不行可以提出更換。

優點：①交通非常方便，地鐵1號線D出口，出站向前走約50米。酒店地處金湖廣場和民族廣場中間地段，離南湖公園北門步行約10分鐘。門口就有公交車，坐34號就可以去三街兩巷歷史文化景區和老水街美食城，坐B11號就可以去亭子碼頭附近，地鐵1號線可以直達朝陽廣場，雲頂觀光，南寧東站，廣西大學。
②餐飲方便。早餐供應從6點15分到9點30分，是自助餐，品種和口味都很不錯。樓下有華記酒樓，有早茶點心，旁邊有社區飯堂，還有小超市與早餐店，馬路對面就是麻村市場，水果，蔬菜，肉製品齊全，市場樓上是南城百貨超市，若缺什麼都可以買到。
③服務態度好。無論是前台，還是保潔阿姨都非常友善有禮。開始給升級的房間覺得樓層環境一般，前台馬上安排參觀其他房型，並儘量滿足需求。
不足之處：①酒店4樓和12樓有其他商家進駐，雖然分開電梯出入，仍顯得有些不安。
②房間設施明顯陳舊，枕頭衹配一個，沒有其他選擇。衞生間連個插座都沒有，吹頭髮得跑出來。沖涼間的牆壁間隙有明顯的黴菌，雖然知道陰雨天氣易滋生，但希望在清潔時能及時清除。
③剛巧碰上南寧大暴雨，經過4樓時筒燈居然在滴水，專用電梯有一台裏面的燈全熄了，真擔心會因漏電而被困在裏面，希望要檢查一下漏水的原因10樓的等電梯位置燈都沒有，晚上出來有點暗，估計是燈泡燒了，最好檢查一下。
