小朋友被花灑刮傷出血 酒店處理問題是説這是小傷消毒就可以了 給兩個枕頭
枕頭我沒拿不接受這樣的處理已退房
一酒店花灑出現破損 小朋友洗澡不夠高拿下來沖洗很正常 工作人員的意思 花灑不該拿下來 講真的我笑了
二 説小傷衹要消毒就可以了 作為家長 酒店的東西大家都明白看不見的地方説不定有什麼細菌我帶了小孩去打破傷風 當天晚上11.30帶小朋友跑了倆醫院 第一個説三甲醫院才可以打 - 凌晨兩點點才回酒店 第二天工作人員的意思沒必要 小傷消毒就行了 給我兩個枕頭就能處理
我個人要求免當天房費 工作人員就説兩枕頭

酒店大堂很大氣，服務員很熱情，主動問候，外面的停車場也很充足，沒開車的話門口就是地鐵也很方便。

衞生方面很用心。一塵不染，很注重住客體驗的一家店。隔音也很好，坐了一天的車，安睡一晚上。

酒店位置相當不錯，周邊埌西菜市場有很多必吃榜，非常喜歡。房間很寬敞，很乾凈，服務員態度很好。全家決定下次來南寧一定還要住這家酒店。

位置好，交通出入方便。房間寬衞生整潔環境很好，離公園南湖很近走幾步就到，服務好下次出差還是會考慮入住該酒店。周邊商業配套齊全買東西方便值得推薦
