Yunzhi Homestay (Chaoyang Square Sanjie Liangxiang)

Very beautiful room and bathtub. Location prefect just beside 三街两巷。owner service very fast response and helpful.

The location of the service apartment is good as it is next to 三街两巷。 There's plenty of food and shops nearby. The owner provides daily amenities but will only clean the room if you require it. On the whole, good value for the price.

Is really 5 stars stay facilities provided. We all very satisfied and comfortable staying here. Cooking facilities fully provided. A lots of markets and tourist attractions with walking distance

Host greeted us and helped us with registration. The smart unit was tastefully designed and has magnificent view of the city without the noise. Place is clean and location is very convenient, eateries in walking distance with old town and malls around to explore. Will book again when we visit next!

We booked for 5 days stay. I picked this room becos I really like the lollipop lamp as it is so cute! The location is superb, if you turn left going out at the entrance of the building, you will be at the famous “3 streets and 2 lanes” (三街二巷) which is a bustling tourist spot with a lot of good eating places, and shopping places. If you turn right, in a few minutes, you will reach Nanning Old Street (南宁老街），also filled with eating places and shopping places, and there is a night market there too! The room is cosy and very clean. No unpleasant odours and there is a fridge and a washer in the room too. Toilet is clean and looks new, basic amenities like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are provided. The room can be cleaned daily if needed and we requested for more bottled water on some days too. The owner is very friendly and very fast to act of request for extra water or to clear rubbish or tidy the room. Room is equipped with AI assistant, everything can be activated with voice commands (but I think you need to speak Chinese/Mandarin though). It took me a while to get used to speaking to 小爱同学 😜 It is very easy to get cabs from the building too. We also had no issues getting food and drinks delivered to us. I will definitely book this place again the next time I visit Nanning.

Great location and nice facilities, everything well prepared and attentive service.

One of the best serviced apartments we have stayed in while travelling China. We had 4 people in the 3 bed room, it was very clean and comfortable for such a budget friendly stay! The view and location were absolutely fantastic, with night life and local cuisine highlights. Very close proximity to the metro, and right across the road from the river. The actual functionality of the apartment was stellar, with it being a smart home and a great projector (however if you want to use your own devices such as laptop for this will need a long hdmi cord). Honestly, our friends and I couldnt believe the value for money we got from this place, the literal only downside was the elevators took some time as one was out of service. 1000% recommend if looking to stay in such a beautiful part of Nanning!

Good location, walking distance to some food store, restaurants and night market. It's about 15 Mims walk to big grocery shopping mall and many others.

Going the extra mile to help with my needs as I am a foreigner.
