環境：到雲水謠大水車步行三五分鐘，大路路上有很多餐館，百味肉圓、老街牛肉館、造夢者四果湯等等，小路是河邊的鵝*石路，遊玩方便，周圍很安靜，圖二是窗外景色。
設施：房間和展示圖一樣，空間大，配備了一次性毛巾，乾濕拖鞋都有，衞生也不錯。
服務：老闆非常熱情周到，積極聯繫入住，我們遇到了麻煩也很快幫忙解決了，萬分感謝！後面去南靖動車站幫忙叫的車，司機師傅也非常好，對南靖的旅遊觀光很熟悉，一路上講解土樓建築羣。推薦入住！

房間很乾凈，住着很舒適，趕上暑期，提前一天訂房，老闆為人很和善，從入住到退房，服務很到位也很熱情，離景點又近，方便出行。下次有親戚朋友去雲水謠，我會再推薦！7

去了很多地方出差，老闆讓我感受到非常親切，還免費泡茶給我喝，又給我指導如何遊玩，位置優異，睡覺不吵，衞生乾淨整潔，設施齊全，乾濕分離衞生間，一次性拖鞋，等！服務好！值得信賴，可以推薦朋友過來！

經過幾天對比預訂小簡家民宿，衞生非常乾淨，房間夠大，設施齊全房間還有特色茶盤，超讚[強]服務相當到位，能夠提供需要的幫助，位置中心停車方便，推薦入住！

民宿環境好，幽靜，步行幾分鐘就到景點雲水謠基地，房間設施非常齊全，兩張1.5米床，又大20多平方，乾淨整潔，服務好，又可以看窗外風景，適合旅遊居住值得推薦！

民宿離雲水謠中心點很近，從民宿小河古棧道300米就到中心點，晚上古棧道又有路燈非常方便，衞生跟家裡一樣乾淨，設施齊全，服務周到.老闆還幫忙提行李，值得推薦！👍

老闆很熱情耐心給我們指導如何遊玩，我們到的比較晚老闆還一直等我們到了才去休息，房間打掃的很乾凈，住的很舒服，景區景色不錯，下次再來還來
