Algemeen zeer goed hotel, vriendelijke personeel. Zeer goede restaurant. Mooi kamers. Heel gezellig ingericht.

Licht boven wastafel kapot, deur van onze kamer kon niet dicht( op slot) stond open bij terugkomst. S’nachts stoel en tafel voor de deur gezet. Receptie kon ons niet helpen. Airco werkte niet goed,raam in de badkamer kon niet open Tot 4 uur s’nachts herrie vanuit de tuin. Niet geslapen! Ontbijt erg goed!

Hotel was mooi , kamers beetje klein . Iets buiten Namen maar wel vlot te bereiken . Diner was goed , maar ook niet super . We moesten het diner aan lage tafeltjes nuttigen om restaurant vrij te houden ? Niet echt comfortabel . Bediening was wel goed en vriendelijk .

Vriendelijke personeel bij receptie. Engels spreken in reataurant van hotel is teleurstellend. Laat staan Nederlands. Hotelkamers zijn wel goed. Maar te donker en op onze kamer hoge ramen. Airco doet het niet en was echt banauwd. Kamer aan de voorkant met veel autoverkeer en lawaai bij openraam. Zwembad is een aquarium waar iedereen je ziet zwemmen. Dat is minder prettig.

Voor het werk een paar dagen in Namen. Hotel geboekt. Mooi aan de buitenkant, het onderhoud van de kamers laat te wensen over. Ondanks weinig klanten (covid?) kreeg ik een kleine kamer toegewezen. De (witte) stoffen zitelementen waren vuil. Op het bed heel wat haren gevonden. Bij het openslaan van het bed de resten van het ontbijt van de vorige gast gevonden. Op het onderlaken koffie vlekken. Het was duidelijk dat het bed niet van verse lakens was voorzien. Ik kreeg een andere kamer maar ook deze was klein, donker en zeer stoffig. Op de grond, voor het het toilet vlekken. De maaltijden dienden op de kamer genuttigd te worden (strenge covid regels)maar geen behoorlijke tafel voorzien. Bij het uitchecken de obligate vraag : 'alles naar wens?' Hoezo? Geen excuses, geen compensatie . Klantvriendelijkheid? Geen 4 sterren waard.

We booked this stay to celebrate our Anniversary. We choose the royal package so we could enjoy the wellness, dinner and breakfast all in one. I had emailed the hotel in advance that it was our anniversary and they said they usually don't provide extras with such occassions but they were willing to have a bottle of wine ready in the room. Unfortunately we never did receive that. Wellness was a nice addition to the package. Jacuzzi, sauna, infra red and showers. Good enough to use for an hour. Dinner was the high point of our evening. The dishes were delicious and nicely plated. 5 courses of amazing skill and flavor. I would come back soly to eat in this restaurant!!! Room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Everything your expect of a 4 star hotel. Mini bar, amenities etc The only reason I can't score this experience more then 3 stars is because of the breakfast. In my opnion (with experience staying in hotels over the world like USA, Canada, UK, Morocco, Lebanon etc) this was not a 4 star experience. The overall selection is very limited. The deli meats were only consisting of pork so we could not eat from it. Some salmon would have been a nice addition. I never in my whole life have had to fry, bake my own eggs in a 4 star hotel. This is one the weirdest things I have experienced. Me standing at a stove making my own eggs while paying well over 300 euro for a nights stay. You really need to up your game when it comes to breakfast. At least get a chef to provide nicely made omelets, scrambeld eggs etc. There are only 30 rooms so you could provide such an excellent standard if you put in the effort. The breakfast buffet area is also very dark and small. Kept bumping into people and let's not start about the very slow coffee machine. Overall the stay would have been perfect if we didn't have to check out with the experience of such a bad morning. Hopefully this is something you can improve on then it would be 5star
