二個星期前我們住在這家酒店，我們一行共四人，入住這家酒店前我們住在另一家酒店，那家酒店感覺非常糟糕...萊克麗晶酒店的前台員工非常熱情，酒店的門市價比我們的預算要高，前台員工（很抱歉，我不太記得她的名字，但是她的客户服務態度非常棒）建議我們網上預訂酒店，然後我們 在*******拿到了折扣價。總體入住體驗很好，儘管熱水有點問題，但是這個問題最後也得到解決。酒店位於中心區，靠近大部分政府辦公樓，我們感覺非常方便。早餐非常好吃。我推薦這家酒店主要是因為酒店員工總是竭盡全力為客人服務，使客人入住愉快... 萊克麗晶酒店是一家老酒店，要保持較高的入住率很困難的，但是酒店員工優質的服務使客人感覺到一切都非常值得。超讚。
