Comfortable room and view is best. Housing keeping person Mr. Lakhan and Mr. Rajender both was very helpful throughout the stay. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Food especially the breakfast was very tasty and good. We all enjoyed the stay even if it is just one day. Thank you

Loved the place, room cleanliness - the towel teddy was cutest we've seen. Great hospitality. Inspired by Sterling staff Lakhan from housekeeping, Deepak in the activity room, Hema &Ritesh at front desk, Pushkar, Deepak and Rajendra in the restaurant and many others. Big Salute to you for your love, care and commitment towards us.

Property is peaceful, all staff is too much cooperative @Shankar @Ritesh . Food hygiene maintained with delicious taste. Hospitality start with welcome drink, authentic pahari breakfast and dinner. I really like the concept of glass window with copy balcony.

The food is very good, service is also excellent by Manojbisht and pradeep as surprise candle light dinner on our wedding anniversary and breakfast and dinner was assume, the hotel maintenance very nice and the management is very perfect, thanks to Sterling team. Thank s for everything. Bajjuri Srinivas and Amara Jyothi.

All the meals were good and well served. Staff is cooperative, Mr. Manoj Bisht helped us with whatever we needed, served us any dish we wanted. Breakfast and dinner both were wholesome. Stay was also good and can be improved. But food is good.

Awesome experience for our five days stay. The welcome was amazing by the front office team . My special thanks for Mr.Kovid. The room provided is suitably desined to meet all the requirements for senior citizens. Room is closed to restaurant, fun zone and spa facilities. Mr.Kundan is is very well managing fun zone and spa facilities. This all can be only possible by a good leadership and is worth mentioning the name of Mr Anurag Agrawal GM Resorts. Restaurants services including food quality is awesome. Worth mentioning the names of Mr.Rajendra Singh Bisht, Manoj Singh and Pushkar.

Room is very comfortable. Housekeeping has done a fabulous job....... Cleaning is also well done.......Good Service also. Food also is very great.very nice view in the room .... Activity game indoor good games and singing and front office staff politely talk
