Het was een goed hotel qua locatie, netheid en gevarieerd ontbijt. Ik kan zeggen dat de interesse en relevantie van het personeel erg goed is. Een hotel dat ik gemakkelijk kan aanbevelen.

The massage was lousy and expensive. An hour was promised but didn't even take thirty minutes. The hammam was a total disaster. Be aware that they offer happy ends. Shameless place. The room was falling apart. Water leaking everywhere and tiling missing on the wall.

Terrible place, to say this is a Hilton hotel it is a disgrace. When we arrived for check in the receptionist did not speak English she used her phone to translate. Very unwelcoming. It is supposed to be non smoking in the rooms but there was a constant smell of cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. The rooms were dirty, the spa advertises a gym which when we went to use it we were told no gym, the pool is tiny and freezing cold we were unable to swim in there!! The steam room was not even open on some days and we had to ask for it to be opened and then we had to ask for water to enable steam. Very unfriendly staff no help with luggage on arrival or departure. The only good thing about my 10 day stay was the breakfast which was plentiful and the staff in the restaurant were pleasant. I have previously stayed at the akgun hotel and Ramada which are a bit further out of the centre so I decided to go with the Hilton as it was in the centre and I thought being the Hilton it would be a 5 star hotel, definitely not, I would only give 2 stars and that is just for the breakfast and the restaurant staff. My future stays will definitely not be at this hotel and I would not recommend wasting your money here. The akgun and Ramada may be out of the centre but you can get the dolmus or a taxi into the centre so I will be staying at one of these hotels in the future and I would recommend these hotels for your stay. This has definitely put me off booking any stays in Hilton hotels anywhere in my future travels.
