They send you instead for self-check in which is fine. But when you face issues with your stay then there’s no one you can directly talk to, someone from the dorm took the bed fhat was assigned to me by mistake so I just took another bed instead but the bedsheets had hair on them. I think they need to check their washing machine because the sheets seemed clean and washed so maybe the machine just needs maintenance. It’s good for budget stays with free washing machine to use, kitchen and water dispenser.

Een onverwacht perfect verblijf in het Southwest Grand Hotel! 🌟 We kwamen per toeval bij het Southwest Grand Hotel terecht door een lastminute vluchtwijziging, en wat een geluk bij een ongeluk bleek dat te zijn! Onze extra dag in Okinawa werd een van de meest memorabele momenten van onze reis – allemaal dankzij dit fantastische hotel. 🛏️ Stijlvolle en fotogenieke kamers De kamer was modern, chic en absoluut Instagram-waardig. Ik heb er zelfs een mini-fotostudio van gemaakt en prachtige familiefoto's van mijn vrouw en onze 3 maanden oude baby gemaakt. Mijn vrouw was dolblij met het resultaat! 🍳 Ontbijt dat elke smaakpapil verwent Het ontbijtbuffet was fenomenaal – met zowel westerse als Japanse opties, allemaal vol smaak. De kaasselectie en de zelfgemaakte yoghurt met honing waren absolute aanraders. Mis ze niet! 📍 Toplocatie Het hotel ligt op slechts een minuut lopen van Kokusai-dori (国際通り) en is daardoor perfect gelegen voor lastminute-shopping of het halen van essentiële benodigdheden. Superhandig en centraal! 🍽️ Levendige avonden Terwijl de nabijgelegen straten tot rust komen en de meeste restaurants sluiten met slechts een handjevol gasten, bruisen de restaurants in de lobby van het Southwest Grand Hotel van energie. De levendige sfeer, gevuld met vrolijke gezichten en klinkende glazen, zegt veel over de kwaliteit en charme van de eetervaring in het hotel. 💭 Ik droom er nog steeds van Over het algemeen was ons verblijf in het Southwest Grand Hotel werkelijk fantastisch. Zelfs nu, bijna een maand later, kan ik me elk moment nog levendig herinneren. Als er meer parkeergelegenheid was, zou ik het zonder twijfel Michelin-waardig noemen! Dit hotel is een absolute verborgen parel en ik zal er zonder twijfel weer verblijven tijdens ons volgende bezoek aan Okinawa!

Schoon, eersteklas faciliteiten, een geweldige plek voor gezinsuitstapjes en vakanties! Geniet van het uitzicht op de blauwe hemel en witte wolken van Japan, een ruime keuze aan ontbijtopties en uitstekende klantenservice. Een absolute aanrader!

Very near to the Asahibashi station & Lawson, it took less than 7-8 mins walk. Also near to Naha bus Terminal. You can walk to Prefectural office and down to Kokusai Dori shopping street for around 26 mins. Everything look exactly like pictures shown in the website. Check in early is available but it cost like 500 yen not sure if this is counted by how many hours early you wanna check in, i paid for 500yen to check in early. The women's floor have CCTV even in the bedding area(corridor), so is safe. At the women's floor, there's toilet & changing room/powder room, no shower room. If you want to take shower, you need to go down second floor where the onsen located. Inside will have a shower room. Overall stay is good, clean and affordable. Recommended for solo travelers.

Had a packed itinerary on this day so only spent the night and checked out early morning for our flight. As compared to the other hotel rooms in Okinawa, this was the smallest we had for 3 pax - it was very squeezy. The room was clean with a comfy bed and pillows. Even the lighting was dimmable. Charging points available against each bed. TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Prime Video apps for your own login. And quite near to the monorail station - walk for about less than 10mins. Friendly polite staff. They kept our luggage as the check in was strictly at 3pm, while we went shopping at Kokusai. There's a Donki nearby too and 7-Eleven, Family Mart as well.

Ik vond mijn verblijf hier twee nachten erg leuk. De kamer is erg comfortabel met een prachtig uitzicht vanuit het raam. Ik vond het ontbijt erg leuk - het is een Japans buffet en je kunt verschillende gerechten proberen. Ik vond vooral de soepen leuk die je zelf kunt maken door verschillende ingrediënten in een kom te combineren en de desserts. Als je klaar bent met je ontbijt, kun je als compliment een kopje van elke gewenste grink en een donut meenemen. Het is een kleinigheidje, maar zo gevoelig!

We arrived almost midnight after a long day, looking forward to a good rest. The room (Deluxe Twin) was okay and comfortable, nothing much to complain about. However, the service was quite disappointing. We booked a Deluxe Twin under one name and naturally expected breakfast for two persons. Upon check-in, we were told breakfast was only for one, and we had to top up more than ¥5,000 for the second person. That was quite a surprise. What made it worse was the receptionist repeatedly making remarks in Japanese mentioning “Singaporean” during the conversation. Even if we didn’t fully understand everything, the tone and body language were uncomfortable and unnecessary. After a long journey, you really hope for warm hospitality — unfortunately, this was not the experience we had. Just sharing our experience.

Review of Japavista Casa De Boss, Okinawa About me: I’m a frequent flyer to Japan and a long-time fan of staying at villas and resorts across the country. Like this one in Okinawa, I enjoy discovering different accommodations across Japan. This time, I chose Japavista Cass De Boss for a relaxing group trip. ⸻ 👍 What I liked: • Modern Electronics: The villa was equipped with an impressive array of modern electronics, including a Dyson vacuum, air purifier, dehumidifier, Harman Kardon speaker, LG clothing purifier, SodaStream, and a coffee capsule machine, elevating the stay with high-tech convenience. • Spacious Layout: The villa was comfortably spacious, perfectly suited for 4 people for a relaxed group stay. • Clean Environment: The villa was generally very clean, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere throughout the stay. • Free Parking: Convenient free parking right at the ground floor made it easy for us to come and go, especially with a rental car. • Nice View with Balcony: The balcony offered a beautiful view, just as advertised, providing a serene spot to unwind and enjoy the surroundings. • Basic Cooking Ingredients: The kitchen included essentials like oil, salt, and pepper, which was a thoughtful touch for preparing simple meals. • Private and quiet surroundings: Peaceful setting with no disturbance from other guests. ⸻ 👎 What could be improved: • Aging and Dirty Sofa: The sofa looked worn and dirty, to the point where I hesitated to sit on it, which detracted from the overall comfort of the living area. • Faulty Stove: The stove frequently beeped due to a lack of gas, making cooking frustrating and disrupting the kitchen experience. • Used Dishwashing Sponge: The dishwashing sponge wasn’t brand new, which felt unhygienic. A fresh sponge should be provided for each new guest to ensure a clean start.

Tanto la ubicación como el alojamiento son muy buenos, lo único que no nos gusto nada es que al llegar al alojamiento no había nadie por ningun lado y tuvimos que buscar mil maneras para poder hacer el check in, ya que tuvimos que ir a otro Mr. Kinjo para que nos diera las llaves pars entrar a la habitación,por lo demás bien.

とても綺麗なお部屋で、快適に過ごせました。 洗濯機があるのが嬉しかった。 周辺にもいろいろ飲食店があり、とまりんも近いので、 離島へ行く方はおすすめです！ また利用したいです！！！
