We enjoyed our stay. Great for families. Staff are friendly, nice breakfast, lots of things great for kids like free nappies, free stroller rental, beach toys to borrow, etc etc. Room is small, typical of Japan, with very little storage space, but it was OK for us. It's a 3 star hotel, they don't do daily room cleaning for example but will give you fresh towels each day. The location is very close to the monorail and if you like walking you can get to lots of parts of the city on foot from the hotel. I think it's good value for money and I would stay again.

Highly recommended for family with small kids. Full of surprises and offers for kids, e.g. snacks, playground, swimming pool. But the hotel room is a bit small, and not very clean. The mattress and pillows are not good.

Great size , room comes with mini kitchen and large futon bed, good size of balcony that allowed us to watch fireworks over the 2023 count down! Wonderful experience.

子供がいる方には本当にオススメ。
チェックインの時にオムツが１日５枚×宿泊日数分もらえるので
変えのオムツは持っていかなくても大丈夫🙆
お菓子を小さい袋に詰め放題で子供も大喜びでした☺️
子供アメニティも充実していて子供用にベビーシャンプーも
貸し出しで置いてあったのですごく嬉しかったです🥰
さらにはキッズスペースもあって子供が中々帰りたがらないくらい
遊べて小さいお子さんにすごく優しいホテルです😊
お母さん用にシャンプーも借りれてたくさんの種類があったので
どれを使うか迷いました🙄
飲み物もお茶やコーヒー、お水、さらには泡盛まで２４時間無料で飲み放題だったのでとてもありがたかったです😆💕
朝食も沢山種類があってすごくおいしく沖縄料理が堪能できました☺️
ただ、朝食会場にいるスタッフがすごく無愛想😅
笑顔がなく真顔で案内されたりずっと見られるのは食べづらいかなと…
一人だけとかではなく全員そんな感じだったので２泊しましたが
ゆっくり朝ごはん…っていう感じではなかったです😔😔
部屋も割と広く綺麗なお部屋でしたが
シティービューのへやを予約したのに全然シティービューじゃなくガッカリした…
シティービューの表示は消して欲しいくらい部屋からは何も見えずむしろ何も見えない。
新婚旅行にずっと行けてなくて今回子供にも優しいとの事だったのでこちらのホテルを予約しましたが
景色は全く綺麗じゃ無いのと、朝食会場のスタッフが無愛想すぎたのさえ除けば家族旅行にはオススメかなと…😊
子供がすごく楽しんでくれたのでトータルとしてはよかったなと思います☺️

飯店的服務人員都很親切熱情，知道我們是第一次來沖繩玩還仔細推薦景點和必吃的餐廳。房間雖然不大，但有滿滿的小細節，下次去沖繩玩，還會再選擇ホテル オ-シャン😊
