The location of the hotel is very good with batam city square at one end and grand batam at the other end! And there’s also a wet market just behind the hotel. Food wise there a2 foodcourt just opposite the hotel and also there’s coffee shops and restaurants all within walking distance with numerous options to choose from… room wise its good enough for me but the toilet is a little bit cannot make it… little small for me through… other than that all is good!

Toothbrush provided upon check in, shower cap given upon request. WiFi is strong, if there’s issue the receptionist is prompt in assisting. Location is awesome, A2 foodcourt is across the road and penuin market is just behind hotel. Real value for money since we are out most of the time.

I always like d location n convenience of this hotel but d standard is not improving n so is d front office staff .Right now, 0345, n slightly earlier as a non smoker I can smell d smell of cigarette smoke which is very bad as I'm asthmatic. I'm sure d health authority hv prohibit smoking in AC environment. Prior to this I was checked in to a room where there's a door which can b opened to d adjoining room for d convenience of family stay there was cig smelling coming fr d next room n thus I was changed into another room but it seems there's no escaping this problem. I will certainly think twice n look for other options in future.

對面就是美食街，吃的東西超級多，開兩張卡還不可以，無語=_=
樓下保安還推薦按摩資源，質量太差了，被新加坡人搞亂了市場
