First time staying at this hotel. Buffet breakfast spread is good and tasty too. Easy to get grab or gojek car right outside hotel lobby. Aircon and wifi are strong. Will return when come to Batam again.

Few times we stayed in with Nagoya Hills Hotel only during tis visit realised that Bath & hand towels seem like not really white in color. Everything was excellent. Hope will improve.

Great hotel location, easy to go to the mall via level2. Many spa outlets and foot reflexology around within walking distance.
Buffet was fantastic with a wide spread of variety. The chef even came to serve us something different as the ones in the menu ran out of stock for the day.
The only disappoin**ent is that there are many baby cockroaches 🪳 running around in the room 😫. There was about 5-6 🪳 we killed during our 2n stay there. And itchy after sleeping on the bed.
