Great location, nice gelato at the corner kiosk. Good and clean room except the mini-bar fridge not in a good working condition. All the F&B staff are awesome except that I'm not aware there is a live station going on within the smoking section, hopefully there is a signage to inform guest about it. All breakfast item on my plate are great and tasty. Front desk staff are warm but can be little bit more friendly.

Pretty solid hotel and breakfasts are good. Room is clean and air conditioning is good. Except bedsheet seems to have those very commonly dried stain found on most hotels.

Thank you, Harper Premier Nagoya Batam, for a pleasant stay. The hotel is clean and comfortable, and I really appreciate how convenient and elderly/OKU-friendly the toilet is. Although it doesn’t have a bathtub, the toilet setup is practical and easy to use, especially for elderly guests. Overall, we had a good and comfortable stay. Another thing I really enjoyed was the breakfast selection, especially the local dishes. However, since we stayed for 3 days, the breakfast menu felt quite similar each day. Perhaps the hotel could consider having different menu themes or rotating more dishes from day to day, so guests staying for several nights can enjoy more variety. A little change in the menu would definitely make the breakfast experience more exciting and less repetitive. 😊 Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Harper Premier Nagoya Batam and appreciate the effort from the team. Hope the hotel will continue to improve and maintain the premium experience for all guests.

Strategic location, nearby food, restaurant, cafe and massage. Good breakfast too.

I stayed here during a long public holiday weekend in Singapore, and honestly… don’t expect too much. 😂 I specifically requested a room with two beds, but I got only one bed. I also requested a high floor, but got a low floor instead. So I guess my requests were just suggestions. 😂 The in-room Google device was another story. I tried talking to it, but it seemed to understand absolutely nothing I said. Maybe we were speaking completely different languages. 😂 In the end, I just gave up. I stayed with a friend, so there were two of us in the room. We were given 2 large towels, 1 small towel and 1 bath mat. Honestly, I have no idea what the one small towel was supposed to be for. 😂 For two people, it’s basically useless. Next time, you might as well not give us one — at least we won’t have to figure out how two people are supposed to share one tiny towel. 😂 And then came breakfast… Breakfast was extremely chaotic and crowded. The most ridiculous part was when an auntie literally took our table while my friend and I were getting food. We had already taken the table. We didn’t leave the restaurant or anything — we were literally just a few steps away getting our food. But she came over and sat at our table anyway, as if it was suddenly hers. 😂 The staff saw what happened but basically just stood there and watched. We didn’t argue with her or make a scene. We simply moved to another table because honestly, it wasn’t worth the trouble. 😂 As for the breakfast itself, it wasn’t good, but it was edible. So… I guess that’s something. 😂 Would I recommend this hotel? Only if you come with very low expectations. 😂 If you decide to stay here, I’d recommend NOT booking the room with breakfast included. Sleep in, wake up late, and go somewhere else for lunch. Honestly, you’ll probably have a better experience. Overall, not the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, but definitely not somewhere I’d be excited to come back to. 😂

Pleasantly surprised! My first stay with Harper Premier and location is fantastic. Surrounded by many restaurants and food courts, there's even a night market nearby. Location is centralised making easier to travel between Harbourbay Terminal or Grand Batam Mall. Nagoya Mall is only 10 mins walk or 5 mins drive. Room is spacious and clean, bed is comfortable with 2 super single beds. We had a good rest there. Will definitely be back! Cons: no gym or pool facilities. Breakfast selection is limited with no green salad. Replenishing of food is also slow. Flush in toilet is weak. Room is not very soundproof.

Good location with accessible facilities. Staffs were friendly. Housekeeping were prompt.

The staffs are very friendly. We went there quite early and our room not yet ready. The staff offer us to store our bags with them so that we no need to carry so heavy around. By the time we come back i realise the card for deposit bags had lost.The staff is so kind ask the type of our bag and even show us the pic of our bags to confirm before passing to us. The room is not very big but just nice for two of us to stay. wif connection is good.There is a pleasant nice smell in the lobby or even in the room. The only part is the toiletries for bath and shampoo is 3 in 1 which me myself personally dont really used to it. The buffet food ok sitting area not big enough if all come in at the same time. The surrounding area got massages,salon and chinese/hala food credit to the points which no need to go so far from the hotel.
