We had a wonderful stay at Oakwood Hotel & Apartments Grand Batam while celebrating a special occasion. The hotel team went the extra mile by preparing a simple birthday greeting in our room, which was a thoughtful touch and made the celebration even more meaningful. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout our stay. Housekeeping did a great job, and we felt right at home from the moment we checked in. A special shout-out to Ms Jihan, who provided outstanding service during both our check-in and check-out. She was professional, attentive, and very detail-oriented. We were particularly impressed that she remembered our room number when we returned to collect our luggage after leaving it with the concierge following check-out. Her warm hospitality and genuine care for guests truly made a positive impression on us. We also enjoyed the breakfast during our stay. The selection was good, with a nice variety of local and international options. The food was fresh, tasty, and regularly replenished, making for a pleasant start to each day. The dining staff were friendly and attentive, adding to the overall enjoyable experience. Overall, the service we received was excellent from start to finish. The combination of comfortable accommodations, thoughtful hospitality, and attentive staff made our stay a memorable one. Thank you to the entire Oakwood team, especially Ms Jihan, for making our visit so enjoyable. We would not hesitate to stay here again on our next trip to Batam.

15 mins from harbor bay ferry terminal by car, hotel is new and well situated in front of Grand Batam Mall with direct access from the hotel to a side door of the mall. Room is spacious and clean, bathroom and Aircon works well, staff is friendly and helpful. Avoid Fri to Sun where it welcomes huge crowds from Singapore where they are mostly fully booked.

Convenient location, impressive staff service and clean room. It was our first time and we’re already planning to return. The icing on the cake was the free room upgrade from premium king to studio apartment. Thank you to Willy who assisted both our chk in and chk out smoothly with clear guidance.

A great experience for my stay here! Breakfast are great with so many varieties and choices. Gym equipment is amazing. Rooms are clean and staff were friendly. Very convenient access via carpark to the mall. Will definitely recommend to others.
