Hotels bij Ōura Cathedral, Nagasaki

Ik wilde oorspronkelijk het Hilton boeken, maar dat was volgeboekt, dus ben ik overgestapt naar het Marriott. De locatie was ongelooflijk handig: de stations van de JR, Shinkansen, stadsbus, snelwegbus en tram lagen allemaal vlakbij het hotel – fantastisch! Het winkelcentrum Amu en de winkelstraat ernaast zijn geweldig om te winkelen en uit eten te gaan. Ik raad vooral de unieke ”gersterijst” van Nagasaki aan – die vind je nergens anders! Het uitzicht op de berg Inasa vanaf het balkon 's nachts was zo rustgevend. De kamers waren schoon en de service was uitstekend; het is de perfecte keuze voor een reis.

🛌 The room is spacious and clean, offering all the necessary amenities, including a microwave. The bathroom is exceptionally large. Also, all the lights are conveniently controlled by remote. 🏞️ The hotel is situated on a narrow street just off the main road. The location is ideal, with Peace Park Nagasaki and the Nagasaki Atomic Bomb Museum within walking distance. A short walk to the tram station provides easy access to other attractions. A Lawson convenience store is just 200 meters away. Though the area is a bit dim at night, it remains safe for walking. 🚙 Parking is available for 1,500 Yen per night. While it might seem a bit high, but nearby parking options are limited. Additionally, the receptionist speaks English, which is very convenient for foreign tourists.

De kamer was schoon, het keukengerei en de voorzieningen waren prima en de locatie was gunstig. Ik verbleef echter op de 5e verdieping en moest mijn eigen bagage dragen, wat best vermoeiend kan zijn als je veel bagage hebt. Bovendien sneeuwde het in Nagasaki en was de temperatuur rond de 1-2 graden Celsius. De suite in kamer 501 had een aparte airconditioning, maar de centrale unit, die buiten stond, viel midden in de nacht uit. Er was geen verwarming van middernacht tot 6 uur 's ochtends. Nadat ik het hotel had ingelicht, kreeg ik een extra dekbed en een kruik, maar dat was het dan ook. Ik denk dat het kwam door het onvoorspelbare weer.

My stay at the Coruscant Hotel Nagasaki was truly memorable. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Coruscant Hotel Nagasaki for anyone visiting the area.

We waren zeer blij met ons verblijf in het Hotel Wingport Nagasaki. De kamer was comfortabel en schoon, en het personeel was vriendelijk en handig tijdens ons bezoek. De locatie is uitstekendejuist een korte loopafstand van het treinstation en dicht bij vele winkels en restaurants, die maakte om rond Nagasaki echt comfortabel. Over het algemeen, een geweldige plek om te blijven en uitstekende waarde voor de locatie!

Like a little club med in Nagasaki. Excellent dinner and breakfast and lots of activities and great onsens. I would recommend for families.

17min walk from Hakata JR train station. Facing the very tranquil Naka river. Entry to building and room is by following email instructions and QR code and is easy. Room clean, everything in its place. Beds & pillows comfortable and clean. Everything works- including ironing board with iron, hairdryer, all kitchen amenities and tv (local channels). We awoke to blue skies and the peacefulness overlooking river is beautiful to experience. Absolute silence as there are no roads nor crowds. A very pleasant stay. PS: only one issue - during the night, there was a periodic doorbell ‘ding-dong’ which unfortunately woke me up 3 times. It wasn’t our room, I even went out door but could not identify origin. I am a light sleeper, but the rest of the family slept thru it.

I booked this place only for one night but it was totally worth it, and I immediately regretted my past decision of booking this place only for 1 day…  It was perfect place for calm-wellness kind of fam-trip with its spas(located in each bldgs!), delicious dinner(pre-booking is a must, i presume?) and breakfast! Inasayama(MT.Inasa) hill’s location could be the only problem but if you do not insist in downtown tour, it won’t bother you!!!!  They have pre-booking(1day ago) guest only shuttle bus but operation time is very limited!

Good location in the near to Nagasaki station and the Tram, Stationen with a lot of little Restaurants with Long opening Times. Big room with little kitchen und good bathroom. Free washing Maschine and dryer

環境が良く静か、駅からの位置も良く利便性良い。ホテルの皆様、優しく、丁寧でした。朝食も美味しく頂きました。カステラ巻きが付いていて、長崎感ありました。長崎で、泊まるなら、次もここにします。
