The location is nice. There is family mart very close to the hotel.
The food there is not good.

Amazing hotel with a great ocean view! Location was a little far from the station but you can easily grab a taxi at the station easily

The sea view room we got was one of the biggest rooms we've stayed in. Felt like the space could easily sleep 10 people.
The hotel is slightly older and the in-room shower area was very old.
But their onsen was wonderful, especially the outdoor section.

這次一個人住的，感覺房間有點可怕，廁所裏面放了個鐘，鐘的時間一直停在十點半，但是鐘擺還是會動的，住着有點毛毛的感覺，然後大堂在裝修，房間裏面有私湯，一個人住一晚兩千二包早晚餐，落地玻璃窗灰塵很多！

酒店是比較老的温泉酒店，不在旺季去住的話，性價比還是很高的，一泊兩食，早晚餐都是日式，早餐最遲可以選到8點用餐，晚餐最遲可以選到6:30用餐，普通懷石料理是金槍魚食材，不過味道一般，第二天升級後的料理味道好了很多，除金槍魚外還是其他魚的品種。温泉不錯，交通方便，坐公交去熊野三山和熊野古道方便的。總體還是不錯的。

因為酒店名字還沒更新，按導航找到地方還以為是走錯了，新加盟剛開業有部分還在施工，大堂也有一半是遮住的，服務感覺還需要磨合。

因航班問題，已提早幾天電郵通知酒店會遲到，詢問如何安排已訂的晚餐，但一直沒有回覆。
到入住當天，麻煩了在日本的朋友幫忙打電話詢問晚餐安排，酒店方通知不能留晚飯亦不能退款。
結果當晚只能在附近family mart買杯麵解決。
設施有點舊，洗手間有點髒，沿簾有污漬。
但寢室和風景還是不錯的。
早餐味道正常，不過不失。

酒店離JR站步行約十多分鐘，按照導航比較好找。
前台工作人員英文很好，辦理入住很迅速。房間是使用鑰匙進出的，發現房門居然沒鎖，還以為走錯房間還是裏面有人呢，嚇了一跳。
預訂的和洋室海景房，有一個榻榻米形式的休閑區，往裡走是2個單人床，面朝大海，景觀很不錯。酒店比較有年代了，但整體維護的不錯，關鍵是非常乾淨。
紀伊勝浦比較小，也不是很熱鬧，周邊餐館很少，所以預訂的是含早晚餐的，晚餐分2個時間段，入住時會和客人確定好時間。早晚餐都是日式的，比較一般，看起來分量少，但是吃的好飽。
酒店有免費泡湯，看了一下的確是温泉，提供洗面奶面霜等。
酒店內還有一個商店，銷售熊野特產。

房間還行，酒店有點舊，離JR車站走路十分鐘要的，衞生明顯不行，地板上一層灰灰的，牆壁的側面燈光下看着很有灰，很少在日本遇到如此馬虎的衞生，但酒店景觀蠻好，有面海的私湯，早晚餐也還行
