Booked a ten day holiday not knowing what to expect, apart from going during the holy time of Ramadan, which did mean that most restaurants and local shops are shut as it's out of season. However, the weather was lovely in comparison to Britain (shorts and t-shirt), the outdoor swimming pool was a bit too cold but the indoor pools were lovely and warm. The all inclusive food, though limited due to the number of guests, there was still something on offer at all 3 meals to have. Sometimes the food could do with being cooked longer and kept hotter. Though the omelette and pancakes for breakfast which were cooked fresh were lovely. The entertainment team of Salah and Anis were great, easy to talk to and very engaging considering how it wasn't the main season. I can only imagine what they are like when there is lots of people. The reception staff were extremely helpful with booking taxis and any questions.

Notre séjour c’est très bien passé, le personnel été au petit soin et s’assurer que tout aille bien pour nous ! Un grand merci à Nawel et Maroua de l’accueil, à Latifa la femme de ménage et un particulièrement à Moez qui c’est toujours montrer présent quand j’en avais besoin Personnel au top 😊

Hotel was very welcoming and I can’t express how much the staff have been so friendly and made our holiday more amazing. Djo, Zan and Karlos, Willy dado, reall are the best reps I’ve had an holiday. Thank guys!! Good luck for animation team big ❤️

Super séjour avec ma copine, hôtel au top avec une super équipe d’animation (Djo, Zan, Willy, Karlos, Daddou) et un restaurant super bon avec le personnel super serviable. Seul bémol, on a pas eu la chambre qu’on avais demandé et la réception était pas très sympa quand on demande une autre chambre du coup on a abandonné…

l have first time in the hamammet. Normal hotel, animation team is good: everyday joking, so much activity: Djo, Karlos, Zan, Willy and Dado are good guys. Rooms need more cleaning, everyday problems with towels. Food is good, but we were waiting for strawberries so hard… I can suggest this hotel for its price!

Croyez vous une réceptionniste me dit avec une voix très élevée .. faites une réclamation tu peux rien me faire .. je m'appelle Nawel et je n'ai pas peur de personne .. et oui une réceptionniste avec une impolitesse inégale et méchanceté gratuite qui depuis l'entrée nous donne une image médiocre sur cet hôtel .. j'ai visité tous les hôtels de la Tunisie même 3* et des hôtels à l'étranger et je n'ai jamais eu un incident pareil ... une chaîne de nommée ne peut pas embaucher une réceptionniste pareille c'est pour celà on mettra plus les pieds dans la chaîne Golden Tulip

Amazing hotel 5star cleaning and hospitality. The staff could nit do enough for you food gorgeous.The Animation staff were unbelievable helpful all round especially keeping kids entertained especially Willy Zan and Djo.wish we could have stayed longer.Defintly worth every penny.

Je tiens à partager mon expérience récente a cet hôtel 'ai passé 3 jours Il été une expérience exceptionnelle à tous égards. Ma chambre était impeccablement propre et bien aménagée, offrant toute le confort dont j'avais besoin pour un séjour relaxant. J'ai été impressionné par le professionnalisme et le dévouement de la réceptionniste fethia , Dès mon arrivée, j'ai été chaleureusement accueillie par son sourire accueillant et son attitude attentionnée. J'ai eu le plaisir de profiter d'une animation exceptionnelle. Il a été bien plus qu'une simple escapade, grâce à l'équipe d'animation dévouée et talentueuse qui a créé une atmosphère vibrante et mémorable.
