My buddy and I stayed for a week. We wanted to go fishing offshore, and the location is great for access to a number of different boat launches. There's no room service, but they do have a take out window at the restaurant. The food is acceptable, and is best for breakfast. The rooms are very clean, the microwave, and fridge worked fine, but they turn down the fridge to it's lowest setting (warm), they also remove the control knob so you can't make it any cooler. Without calling the front desk. You're in a high tourist area, with lots of restaurants, and fast food. I would stay there again, because I like the Eggs Benedict. Lastly, be careful who you book your room thru, so you don't have problems with third party bookings. Be sure to confirm your room after booking or paying for your room in advance of your stay! Located directly across from Mystic Village! Good luck on your vacation!

Pick another hotel. I think the new owers seriously need to do a lot of updating.....carpets, paint, bathrooms, etc. I almost left and went back home, but.....I already paid for the room and couldn't get a refund. The tub filled up while taking a shower and I had to hold the lever down once I got it to move in order for the water to go down the drain. I will not be booking here every again.

The hotel staff, at check in they stated the pool was being cleaned and would be ready by morning. Later that night we looked into the pool area and noticed the pool was empty as in no water at all and the bottom has a hole in it. So the next day we told the clerk we wanted to check out and a refund due to the pool and cleanliness of the hotel. He stated we needed to talk to the manager, so we waited for the manager at 12. While we waited we checked out at 11am, while we waited we also called *******. they told ******* that we had not checked out, that the clerk made a mistake by saying the pool would be ready,then stated that when I checked out we only gave them one of the keys at check out. They are such liers and unprofessional. This place is a dump beds are old, towels are small and thin not of good quality.

This is an old property that has been recently refurbished. The price was right and it was conveniently located to the highway and nearby attractions! The staff was friendly and helpful. I needed to extend a night and the young man who worked during the day accommodated me quickly and conveniently.

We stayed overnight. There was an indoor pool that we didn’t use but it looked clean. The room was good, clean. Included a refrigerator, safe, coffee maker, had an ironing board but no iron ( didn’t need one but guess you could ask the front desk for one). In my opinion the air conditions worked very well. I would stay again.

Great place to stay for the price. Close to the areas we went to. Staff was nice. Room could use just a little mote effort but if you are seeking a low cost place to stay so you can enjoy spending more at the Seaport- this works for the night

No one told us the pool was closed. Nor were we informed that breakfast was not included.

The mattress needs to be replaced. The bed was indented because it must be very old. It hurt my back. Shower curtain closed when I took a shower. I could not keep the shower curtain spread open to prevent water to sprawl on the floor. It was terrible.
