Generally the hotel was above expectations food were good fresh and on time, friendly staff,rooms were clean and unique comfortable bed with two choice of pillows, responsive room service,fast check out and check in,I found the reception staff very friendly specially Anshika & Amisha from west Bengal,It was an excellent stay,I thank ***egement and staffs for their attentive, friendly,and outstanding service

Stay was really comfortable. We have booked for 2 superior room but they upgraded us. It was a room with balcony . I had came with me parents so they provided us interconnecting room . They were really ready to help for each and everything . We met a girl name Amisha in reception ,she was really helpful throughout the stay . We really enjoyed our vancation

Stay was really comfortable and nice. Amenities provided in room were of good quality. Rooms were well maintained, staff were really friendly. Especially from front desk Ms. Amisha was really kind and helpful. I recommend this hotel to any family who visit mysore

Pathetic hotel.. A/C doesn't work properly Response from the facility is poor Swimming pool stinks with clorine Kids play area is dirty Rooms are dirty , broken cupboards I do not recommend this hotel to anyone ..Not worthy for the money you pay ..

Stay was excellent. Starting from check in till checkout everything was smooth . Foods were amazing. Especially morning breakfast was mouth watering. Ms Amisha and Ajaj from reception really help us a lott throughout the stay. I suggest this hotel to anyone who visits mysore

All sevice are so good Staff nature are so excellent job Nature are very very frendly Environment is also very very silence The room and amenities were very good and Specious ,I would recommend this hotel to my family and friends special thanks to Mr. Sourav from front office he helped me through out my stay

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Mysore. Ultimate cozy environment. Staffs are very kind and helpful. The room is so spacious. I usually don't approve of bed linen so easily. But this property has the cleanest linen ever, every time we check-in. We get really a peaceful and comfortable sleep. The food is really great. Staffs during breakfast are very helpful and quick. I had my birthday, info got leaked to the ***agement there. They were really kind and generous enough to surprise me with a birthday cake (in-house prepared) and we celebrated it with the staff. Lovely gesture. I recommend this hotel without any second thought.

Great hotel and great staff. Abhishek Yadav was very polite and handled us very well. The food was good and was made better by the service and helpfulness of the staff. Would highly recommend the buffet for the spread of delicious food and sweet dishes!

I would not recommended this hotel at all as the A.c not stall working. Being in the rooms or in the common areas like restaurant. I have several times gave feed back but no use . No value for money. The staff are good though. I would request ***agement to look into it seriously else you will stop getting your regular customers
