While the hotel is in walking distance from the center (~15 min), would definitely recommend taking a taxi or renting an ATV or a car to get there. It’s a busy street with no dedicated walking path. The hotel itself is very nice, with beautiful views and tasty breakfast.

Allereerst we hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Personeel is erg vriendelijk en het hotel heeft een low key benadering dus is prettig. Ontbijt was goed geregeld met de covid regels. Al was de keuze niet erg uitgebreid en zeker na een aantal nachten wat saai. Zwembad area is erg mooi en het uitzicht is prachtig, voor een mooie zonsondergang zit je hier goed. Onze kamer zag er toch wel minder mooi uit dan op de foto's, dat is jammer. We hadden daar een andere verwachting van. We begrijpen dat je de mooiste ka.ers fotografeert maar toch misten we de gelijkenis. Ook de kamer zelf is basic. Het was zoeken naar stopcontacten. Ook jammer dat de receptie tot 2x toe een taxi voor ons wilde regelen maar dat niet voor elkaar kregen en we zelf via een app binnen 5 minuten een taxi geregeld hadden. Ook zou het halen en brengen naar airport geregeld worden alleen om ons af te zetten bij vertrek was er geen chauffeur beschikbaar en konden we voor 35 euro zelf een taxi regelen. Waarom ging dit niet op kosten van het hotel? Al met al een mooi hotel waar nog wel wat punten verbeterd kunnen worden. Dus geen 5* maar een 4* hotel zeker.

Cleanliness , luxury & relaxation. Went there with my husband for 4 nights. Everything was just perfect. We had our room cleaned every day. View from the hotel was absolutely stunning. The highlight was the friendly and welcoming staff❤️ You should try the delicious food of Barbarossa restaurant and their amazing cocktails during sunset! I will be back for sure !!!!

My experience here at Tharroe was everything I expected and more. From the time we arrived to the time we left they were all very attentive, friendly and helpful. The views are spectacular. The restaurant was great and the breakfast was a wonderful spread every morning of hot and cold items. Would recommend and we plan on returning.

Where do I start, one of the most beautiful hotel we’ve stayed at. The staff was amazing, friendly, warm and the list goes on. The view was just wow … we are most definitely going back to this hotel again.. highly recommended 10/10

What a place great service excellent location 15 minutes walk from the centre of the town so supermarkets and the resort were cheaper than others , you can walk or take a bus direction to ornos is just 5 minutes €1.80 a ride (last bus 10:30pm) or take a bus €15 max The room was clean every day From reception to bar and breakfast staff and the transfer from the airport were so friendly and help-full When we arrived they took our bags and offered us a welcome drink , they upgrade us no extra charge to a room with a hot tab . Great second stay at the Tharroe... really like the hotel and the staff / service are outstanding - Paris and Apostolis (spelling likely wrong) on the front desk were excellent in responding to our needs... Yanis in the restaurant is just amazing, looking after us brilliantly! With it being at the top of a hill, the views are stunning, however the downside is the wind is particularly strong too... the hotel would benefit from more screening around the pool area to protect from a little more of the wind
