Awesome stay, neat rooms, good service, overall great experience and of-course prime location

No self parking in hotel. Heater problem in winter. Food is ok. Location is good. Cleanness is ok. In this hotel you are looking for luxury then you will be disappointed it's just like any normal hotel. But the location is key. Dine

Reception service poor, rooms not upto the mark poor lighting and lughts missing fridge not working cupboard not clean

This is my 10 visit to Mussoorie I have stayed various Hotels there. My recent visit with my colleague family to imperial square hotel This is excellent location 0 km from LibraryChowk full view of Gandhi Chock from its large Dining Hall and mountain can be seen from all rooms. Our welcome is so warm as the staff is so courteous and really helpful.Hotel manager Rajendra Chauhan ji is very decent and friendly nature to fulfil your requests.love to visit again and recommended.kitchen staff , housekeeping also very friendly and professional. A wonderful stay at imperial square. Thanks Imperial Square to give me a great time stayed its remains very long in my memory

The stay was wonderful. Location wise and price wise the hotel was totally worth it. Food was good although they have very basic items in complimentary breakfast. All items like sandwiches and maggi are not. It ranges from bread omlette to poha and puri. It could be improved secondly, if they had a person to help us with the luggage which checking in and out, it would have been wonderful. And lastly the washroom shower area cleaning was not upto the mark. Cleaning everywhere else was perfect. Just the shower area was not cleaned properly. Everything else was perfect. Room had wonderful view. Cooking was great. Service was very cordial and friendly. I would love to visit again.

The hotel is truly an imperial property with wooden roof and flooring fitted with modern facilities. The staff is humble and caring. The food is delicious and one of the best you'll get in mussoorie. Very safe for couples and family.

It's a wonderful trip to the hill station which is located northern foothills of Himalayas. It was a wonderful stay in hotel and food and service was amazing I would like to appreciate all the staff of hotel as well special thanks to Mohan he took good care of me.
