Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Great facilities within the hotel although we couldn’t try many of them due to our short stay. Front desk staff were particularly helpful with our early checkin and late checkout which is very much appreciated. Rooms and bathrooms were spacious and very clean. Breakfast had a fairly good choice of delicious foods.

I booked this room late as an emergency backup while the country was experiencing political unrest. The staff were kind and generous, the hotel is really safe, the rooms clean and comfortable and the breakfast in the morning excellent. But really, nothing was better than the staff, who were so calm and accommodating, making sure everyone was well cared for.

Rooms are comfortable offer scenic view not far off from commercial hubs or main attractions of Murree or bus station. Check in is convenient. Commute from bus station is facilitated. Room offers reasonable facilities for budget tourists . Hotel immediately takes note of concerns Room service is available and functional

Fantastic hotel with excellent staff who were always willing to go above and beyond for you. the manager who was absolutely great. Will definitely be back.
