Quality Inn & Suites Munising

Room was dated, but fairly clean. Coffee tasted horrible. Serviceable for staying for a night.

Love the tranquil and green surrounding, the staff is friendly, service is prompt, room is clean and spacious. It was indeed a pleasant refuge when we were trapped in the down pour for 1.5 days. We'll definitely come back again.

My stay was extremely disappointing. The room was dirty from the moment we arrived. I found three cockroaches during our stay—two in the bathroom and one in the room—which made me feel uncomfortable and anxious the entire time. I also found hair on both the pillow and the blanket, making me question whether the bedding had been cleaned properly. Because of the poor cleanliness, I couldn’t relax or sleep well. I was constantly worried about bugs, and it completely ruined the experience. Considering how expensive this hotel was, the quality was unacceptable and nowhere near worth the price. I would not recommend staying here. Cleanliness is a basic expectation, and unfortunately this hotel failed to meet it.

Decent stay. Fairly clean. Breakfast had decent options. Pretty average stay but no complaints.

The ac unit was horrible cant even sleep with noise from it .. the bed is definitely horrible,

The room appeared to be clean but had an awful odor, like stinky gym shoes, pool and jacuzzi were not available like the ad showed, that’s why I chose this establishment, very disappointed, food for breakfast was nice, bed was comfortable

This was a locally owned property that Quality Inn bought and updated a bit. So there are some motel rooms and some hotel rooms on this property. The first night we were put in a motel room. I don’t typically stay in a motel room but I liked that our car could be parked right in front of our door. This room was a bit dated but it was clean, cool, and beds were comfy enough. We were only there for one night. Then some plans had changed so we decided to go back and stay three more nights. This time we were put in a hotel room. I liked this one better. It felt newer, beds were more comfortable, it felt cleaner and safer, etc. If you’re looking for something cheaper/reasonably priced that is comfortable, clean, and safe, this is it. The breakfast was decent and the staff were always nice and accommodating.

We had a good stay. The room was clean. The breakfast was ok. The outside needed a little updated. The check in area needed to marked better. Over all good place to stay.

Technically a few miles outside Munising but still convenient to everything. The hotel is well maintained and clean with nicely appointed rooms with plenty of space. There is no elevator for the second floor rooms so if you have trouble with stairs, ask for a ground floor room ahead of time. Morning breakfast area is very nice and you won’t go hungry! Staff is pleasant and very accommodating! Our go-to stay when visiting the part of the Michigan U.P.!
