What was promised like free breakfast was not offered, their deadbolt and security door are not properly secured. Their lights are not bright enough and needs to be replaced, their safe box is not functioning. My checking in was a little bit frustrating because they couldn’t find my name on the booking list

Staff is nice snough but the place is a dump. Rooms are falling apart and not hot water or water pressure. Good enough location. The saving grace is the food which is excellent. No credit card machine which is drag. Spent most of my trip trying to pay with credit card because machine was broken.
