Hotel Amenity

This hotel charged us $1,500 more per week than others staying at the same time! I tried to find out why, but management never responded to my request. Upon checking their rate a few days before our arrival, this was noticed and I tried to find out why, but got no, answer, which is no way to handle a business. Be careful in booking this hotel!

Usually I stay at the Holiday Inn at Albert-Rosshaupterstrasse but when I checked the prices at *********** a few weeks ago the price was too high, and according to *********** almost no rooms available at all hotels in this area of Munich. Thus I booked Amenity Hotel, which when I checked the prices one day before my arrival was just 14 Euro cheaper per night than the Holiday Inn which definitely is a better hotel with a cozy lobby and bar. When I booked the difference Holiday Inn vs Amenity was 40 Euro/night. Next time I will book nearer to my arrival date. Amenity hotel is a 3* hotel, rooms are nice, clean and quite, with refrigerator, shower in bathtub, beds of good sleeping quality. The location at Passauerstrasse is near to the subway and S-Bahn station Harras, grocery stores, bakery, cleaner, restaurants are nearby. There is a garage, 16 euros by day, I didn’t like it because of the design and narrow parking slots. The staff is great, always friendly and helpful. At breakfast there is a variety of food, Muesli, cheese, sausages, fruits, tea, coffee, espresso, cappuccino, etc. The reception closes at 21:30, do not forget to take the room key with you if you intend to return after this time to the hotel.

Clean, comfortable space. Small but great if you just need a place to sleep and shower. Nearby bus stops and food options. Very nice breakfast.

Prezzo onesto, vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici per il centro (pochi minuti a piedi), a generi alimentari e a bar con ottima colazione dolce e caffè. Letti comodi e ambienti puliti. Buon isolamento delle finestre rispetto alla strada. Uniche piccole pecche (se così si può dire): il parcheggio non facilissimo da trovare gratuitamente nelle vicinanze e l'ascensore in orario di chiusura non disponibile al piano terra, ma dal primo piano.

Hotel piccolino nella zona verde di Monaco, pulito, carino e con personale parlante sia inglese, sia in italiano perchè ci lavora una ragazza italiana molto simpatica e disponibile a dare informazioni. Le camere sono di dimensioni ottimali, la pulizia è buona e la colazione anche. Vicino alla metro (circa 450 mt) da dove si può raggiungere facilmente il centro e autobus di fronte all'hotel. Se si ha la macchina potrebbe essere un problema in quanto anche li è diventato a pagamento e con divieti ma se si ha voglia di fare due passi basta passare il ponte uscendo dall'hotel a destra che attraversa la superstrada e si trovano parcheggi gratuiti dove lasciare tranquillamente l'auto.

Purtroppo la nostra esperienza non è stata ottima.La struttura è vecchia con mobili obsoleti,il bagno puzzava e il conto è stato troppo alto!!!!! Esperienza da non ripetere !!non possiamo consigliare questo hotel vista la nostra esperienza negativa.
