When I was checking in, as I was speaking to the receptionist, someone queue-jumped and the receptionist dropped what she was doing with me and completely reacted to the other customer. When she finally continued my check in, the card had not been programmed properly and I had to return to reception again.
I have complained about this before. STOP SPRAYING THE CURTAINS WITH WHATEVER YOU SPRAY THEN WITH. This is a substance in the air we do not need.
My final comment is about the air-conditioning being broken. Two nights of super heated rooms with some relief by opening the street and Bahn facing window. I complained and was offered only a free breakfast. Every time I stay here this place gets worse and worse. I stay here because I have to work nearby and it’s pretty awful to get little or no sleep before a couple of important days.
