Op familiebezoek in München uitgekomen bij dit geweldige hotel! Aankomst: perfect! Parkeren voor de deur om uit te laden, sleutel van parkeergarage mee en auto kan op 1 minuut loopafstand in een afgesloten "prive" parkeergarage worden gestald: ideaal! Verdere bezoek in München kan prima vanaf het hotel dat ligt aan de Ostbahnhof te voet of met het openbaar vervoer (heel goed betaalbaar; in deze maand (aug. 2022) was er nog het € 9 ticket voor zowat alle openbaar vervoer voor een hele maand in Duitsland). Receptie is 24/7 bemand door zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel (compliment aan Paul en ook aan de anderen!). Hotel heeft charme, is extreem netjes en schoon en op kamers is er geen last van geluid. We hebben 2 kamers geboekt: 1 op de 5e etage met wijdse blik en aan zijde van station en 1 kamer op de 3e etage met uitzicht op de totaal rustige binnenhof. Het trappenhuis in dit hotel is prachtig (wederom zeer schoon) en heeft een enorme allure. Slaapkamers prima ingericht met genoeg plek. Wederom extreem schoon en douche was heerlijk: goede waterdruk en grote badkamer met toilet. Ontbijt was gevarieerd en prima! Heeft mij heerlijk gesmaakt. Speciaal: centrale mini bar onder in de lobby van het hotel (lobby is ook de plek waar het ontbijt deels plaatsvindt.) Fris, koffie, thee, iets lekkers voor erbij is gratis. Bier kost € 1 en enkele andere alcoholische drankjes ook voor een klein bedrag. Ideaal! Drankjes kun je gewoon mee naar je kamer nemen. Lift is aanwezig.

I would rate this hotel in between 3 and 4. However, the total experience was ok. I was informed upon arrival that I am placed below roof and being that I stayed during summer, I was informed on reception that I will be charged for air conditioning. After short conversation that I was not informed of this, I was placed into better room and the situation was resolved. The location is nicely connected. Breakfast is very nice. Rooms are clean.

Great hotel, recently renovated. Brilliant staff, lovely rooms and great breakfast with locally produced products. Excellent location at Munich East station and very close to the lovely quarter of Haidhausen. So great place, we have been there before and will return!

Great hotel! Friendly and helpful staff, very nice room and a nice addition is the bar with little snacks and soft drinks. Pleasantly nice and spacious bathroom, and great overall cleanliness with the right amount of care for details (two floor towels, l'Occitane amenities). Biggest plus on top: as guest you can choose the room temperature and regulate heat. Nothing worse than freezing in a hotel (unfortunately often happens...) 10/10 recommend for business trips.

Boutique hotel in very good position, in front of the underground, ideal to join downtown and airport. Perfect insulation of the room, no noise even if the room is facing main street. Room modern and confortable. Good sleep quality.Breakfast to be improved, expecially in sweets: only croissant, no cake, no biscuits. Price quite high.

What an amazing boutique hotel! The room was wonderful and the staff went above and beyond. The location is conveniently located right next to the train station but we opted to walk around to see the city. We only stayed one night but we would definitely stay there again the next time we are in Munich.

Excellent location, great atmosphere in the hotel. Unlike most standardized hotels, there is a touch of history and stylish elements. The personnel is very attentive and helpful. Breakfast very carefully prepared so a relaxing preparation ahead of busy days.

Front desk ever so helpful. Breakfast excellent. Room was clean, modern, well decorated with fluffy towels and comfortable bed. The only thing i didn’t like was the noise of traffic but that is a given because of the location. I’m from a rural area so I’m not used to that.

The hotel is conveniently located next to Ostbanhoff train station. The room was exceptionally clean, spacious and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend staying here for business travel in the nearby area.
