Service bij Bayerischer Hof begint buiten, als u met de auto komt: zij zorgen voor uw bagage en nemen de sleutels om uw auto te parkeren. De receptie is zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en effectief om u onder de Corona-regelgeving van een goede kamer te voorzien.
Het ontbijt is nog steeds goed, maar vóór Corona-Times was het zeker beter. Ik heb alleen een Dinner at Trader Vic's beheerd, wat best leuk is voor toeristen, maar niet het originele eten dat ik zelf uit Azië ken.
De vier dagen op het Bayerischer Hof waren de meest comfortabele tijd die ik dit jaar heb gehad.
En nu ben ik van plan om daar in december terug te zijn - hetzelfde hotel.

I’ve stayed at this property several times and it’s a solid choice in Munich. The staff are exceptional and because of numerous dining and bar venues, combined with a stellar spa it has a grand resort feel. The only qualms I have with the property are rooms are really great or really dated depending on what you’re assigned. What matters most, however, is the staff including the owner of the hotel truly care about their guests. I was amazed that the hotel’s owner stopped by each table New Years Eve to thank her guests. WOW! You certainly don’t get that very many places. Well done!

Hosted a dinner for our company and it was a nightmare! They want to charge for absolutely everything! €3.50 for our guest to put their coats, €5 per menu to be printed, €25 for a seating plan to be printed etc… complete disgrace! To top it up, I ordered a burger from the restaurant (€32) and it was probably the worst burger I’ve ever seen in my life! It must some kind of German institution as it has amazing reviews! The only good thing here is the staff. Very nice and attentive! In any case, AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

Fabulous stay in Munich, wonderful hotel! The staff at reception are very helpful and accomodating. Helped us with renting a car and with our luggage. The breakfast buffet is amazing, freshly cooked to order and plenty of selection. The spa pool is big and warm enough to swim in. The rooftop bar/restaurant has impressive views. Our room was very modern and the bathroom was very very nice. Comfy bed as well!

Booked a Birthday dinner for 4. Did not inform us of cancellation. On the spot nobody carred or tried to remmedy the situation. Not even a “ sorry”. No manager ever showed up to help. Huge dissapointment for our daughter who wanted to have her 25-th birthday celebration here. Very sad and bad customer management.
