Hello to all readers and to all staff @ Trip. Room 702. Please avoid staying here. The road noise is terrible. The front desk co****sates for all the faults ? Not sure. No wifi in my room. The property is next to a housing colony. Terrible intimidating housing staff . The traffic noise from outside was terrible . Only one of two lifts working. Pics attached.

I had a booking for 5 days and 4 nights. The checking was ok. As we went into the room it was not as clean as it was mentioned. The bathroom did not have hot water running and we had to complain about it. They fixed it the next morning. We had a booking with breakfast included in the hotel, But unfortunately, the staff was so rude and denied the breakfast. We showed them that we had the Itinerary xxxxxxxxx. The staff denied and we had to call ******* to get this resolved. ******* did confirm that the breakfast was included as we paid for it.
The next day we went again and the staff AGAIN DENIED FOR THE BREAKFAST. This was one of the worst experiences that I had at other hotels. I would highly recommend staying somewhere else. I had to do breakfast out of the hotel for the next 5 days. The experience was so bad I had to check out a day earlier to move out of the hotel and book another one. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM SUCH HOTELS. 0 STARS FOR THE RUDE STAFF AND ***AGEMENT. STAY was on October 25 - 29, 2022 for the hotel staff referral Itinerary (xxxxxxxxxxx)

If you are looking for for hassle free stay it would be good hotel to choose from located centrally near Bombay Central has access to everywhere in Mumbai near McDonald no problem if you want to buy some snacks I did not tested the food so I cannot comment an that. All and all a pleasant stay.
