The room was reasonably clean and compact. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was of good quality.

Front desk was harsh, rude and did not give my invoice. Almost heckled my way out. Mr. Raj Chaudhary, Sr. GSA was at the Frontdesk. Rooms are too small. Washroom, hard to stand and shower Reception number is not responsive. Poorest quality amenities including the comb, toothbrush. Towel had red stain, probably from earlier guest.

Rooms are really good and the restaurant team was very friendly. Room service was swift and they are so cool and friendly every person was showing the great hospitality. We really appreciate the complete hotel staff for their hospitality and service.

I cannot speak highly enough about the front desk PERSON Zafer khan From the moment I arrived, He was very welcoming, friendly, and efficient. They were quick to address any questions or concerns I had, demonstrating their commi**ent to guest satisfaction. Their exceptional service truly made my stay memorable.
